Large Family House 0.1 miles to Beach and Boardwalk

This house was a perfect stay for a large group of friends (all adults). Plenty of space to shared space to hang out together, cook, and eat meals, but enough rooms to have plenty of privacy. Very short walk to a beautiful beach, and the provided beach equipment was much appreciated. The front porch was a great spot to enjoy the late afternoon after the beach. The back porch was another great alternative spot to hang out in the mornings. Comfortable accommodations with easy access to everything we needed!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ventnor. The house was even better than the description implied and that the picture showed. The house was very spacious and had everything that we need. It would be ideal for families with small children because they had cribs and games. Every room had a window And modern ceiling fans that kept the room very comfortable. The beds were great and so were the pillows. There were extra blankets. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. he was concerned that we were satisfied with his home. In the back yard is a shed that contains very nice beach chairs that we were allowed to use. It was convenient to have an outdoor shower and a hose on the side of the house to rinse our feet. The front porch had brand new furniture that was very comfortable and it was a great spot to sit and read. Overall, I highly recommend this property unless it’s a weekend that I want to stay here! 10 star rating!

Wonderful family reunion to celebrate our Mom's 100th birthday! Your home hosted myself and husband, our 3 grown sons and their wives and 2 grandchildren. Weather was amazing, spent each day at the beach with all the beach accessories provided by host and evenings gathered at the dinner table and after with plenty of games and puzzles and laughter. Thank you!

Our stay at the house was great. We had a little trouble with accessing the property when we arrived & Tim was easily reachable & walked me through the process. The house was so large and comfortable. It is literally a block from the beach and there are restaurants, shops, drug stores, liquor stores, etc. all around the area. We didn't receive our welcome letter until right before we arrived so we weren't prepared for making the beds and purchasing paper products for the stay, but that was easily remedied. Just might want to consider having those upon arrival. We rented the house with family & friends because we had a couple of the young adults participating in the last & 45th Atlantic City Iron Man. This place was absolutely perfect for all of us and we wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Loved it!

Family of 7 adults, an infant and a toddler. Plenty of space, bedrooms, and seats around the table. Kid-friendly kitchen items, accessories and toys. Perfect location- walkable to everything you want and need (beach, food, coffee, playground, etc). Outdoor shower a bonus when being down the shore! And totally sweet hosts. Thanks!!

We could not have been more happy with our weekend The house was clean and well furnished and accommodated our entire family easily. The owners were accommodating and communicative and easy to work with and couldn’t have been nicer. The location was spectacular close to the beach and all of the restaurants and activities in Margate and Ventnor. It was a 10 out of 10 weekend for our whole family..

We absolutely loved this house. The house has a welcoming feel to it and wonderful history from years gone by. Tim was an excellent host! We will rent again!

It was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 3 babies with us and Tim provided some baby gear. It was a wonderful house for large families. Very clean!
