On the Water Oasis, 3 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, and Walking Distance to Ventnor Beach

Joe, the homeowner, was easy to work with and quick to help when we locked ourselves out of the house. The home was very spacious and comfortable with great views of the waterway. Seeing the draw bridge open and close from the comfort of the home was a special treat. The ten minute walk to the beach was an easy stroll. The home was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I plan to stay at this home for our next trip to the beach.

Very roomy and as advertised. Not an updated place but as long as you set your expectations for that, it’s a super place to stay. Lots of equipments in the kitchen. Close to the beach, a block from a couple coffee places and restaurants. It was quiet and dedicated off street parking.

It is a beautiful property by the inlet. We enjoyed the walks on the boardwalk, which is about 10 minutes, from the house.

The views from the living room area were great! Nice to have off street parking in a busy town.

Great location

We neeed a place near family for an event that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 cars. We not only got that, but a spacious one with picture windows overlooking the canal near the beach, with a laid back and gracious host and plently of room for each of us to relax. The kitchen was fully kitted and the beds very comfortable.

We had a great experience for this 3 day getaway. The house was beautiful. Lots of things to do in a,very nice area. The owner Joe was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!

I stayed at Joseph's place on the water for the weekend with my family. The location was absolutely perfect and had gorgeous big windows to overlook the water while you relaxed in the living room. You could walk to multiple places within 1-3 blocks such as The Dorset, Bay Buzz, Wahine Wines, Ventnor Coffee, etc. Joseph was so responsive, both before and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to staying here again soon!

Great house very close to everything beach, town and right on the water (bay)

Perfect sized rental for small family. 3 bedrooms. Spacious living room. washer/dryer. Stocked kitchen. Communication very easy with homeowner. Small floating dock for kayak/paddleboard access to canal.

The property was exactly what we needed when we had too many guests for our month rental. The house was clean and well maintained. Thank you, Joe, for being responsive and welcoming.

This property is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Watched fireworks from the living room window. Not as close to beach as others, but certainly doable. Host is friendly, helpful and inviting. Couldn’t find bath towels at first. A list of informative items would be helpful, such as location of important items like beach tags, bath towels and extra garbage bags, Beach Parking info, etc.

The location of this place was very ideal. Clean and had all the essentials. Would definitely return. Joe is kind and was super helpful as well.

This was our first time to the area and Joseph's home made it a perfect trip! First of all, he's an excellent host and extremely responsive. The home is stocked with all the essentials and has lots of space for a family. It's also pet friendly which is a must for us! Being right on the water was so great, Joseph even had kayaks and other water toys for us to use. We even caught some crabs for dinner in his crab pots! It's just a short walk to the ocean and was just the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!

The property was in a great location on the water. Spacious with nice views. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. It met our needs perfectly.
