House includes outdoor shower, and back patio for outdoor dining. Close to many great restaurants in Ventnor, Margate and Atlantic City. 3 minute drive to the beach, 5 beach tags, towels and chairs included. 15 minute drive to Ocean City boardwalk. Ventnor movie theatreand mini golf 5 minute drive away and Showboat Casino with Island Waterpark is 10 mins away. Ventnor boardwalk has the longest fishing pier in NJ. 10 minute walk to Ventnor Ave where coffee shops, restaurants, shopping are located. 2 free designated parking spots. Must be 25 to rent.

Great place for a group of friends for a weekend! This place was clean and met all of our needs. If I had to give a complaint, I’d say the flooring in the kitchen has a spot that sinks down. But beyond that, we loved this place!

Joann's house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It's also in a great section of Ventnor close to anything you'd want access to. Our family enjoyed ourselves very much in this house based on it's cleanliness and proximity to everything in Ventnor and Margate. We would 100% book again!
