The first floor also contains 2 full bathrooms. brThe living space is on the upper floor, taking advantage of the ocean views from both the front and rear decks. The open floor plan provides a spacious gathering place for the whole family. The expandable kitchen table seats up to 10 people with 4 additional seats available around the center island. State of the art appliances make meal prep a treat! The large living room and cozy sun room offer ample gathering space for all. A powder room and spacious laundry room complete the upstairs. brThe outdoor living spaces consist of two upper level decks, one bedroom level deck and a ground-level covered and open paver patio. The front upper deck is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Take in the evening sunset while enjoying dinner on the rear deck. The gas grill is located on the patio adjacent to the breezy covered seating area at the rear of the property. There is a large outdoor dining table and chairs on the rear patio as well.
