STUNNING DUPLEX- Ocean Views - Roof Top Deck!

This house is so nice and clean! This is our third year here and it’s been perfect for 2 retired couples get some beach time and relax in this beautiful house. The roof top deck was our favorite place to hang out. We bbq’d, ate outside and the beach was so close by. We absolutely loved staying here! We are coming back next year for sure!

Great location! Stayed here for a girls weekend. Short walk to the beach. Home is clean and decorated so nicely. Love the different levels of balconies you can sit out on. Had a great stay. Would definitely book here again!

Home was perfect for our needs. Spotless, and comfortably furnished

This property location is fantastic steps away from the beach and plenty of parking and close to 35 to go downtown. There was 3 of us and plenty of space for us! The whole house was super clean and beds are comfortable. The only thing to remember is this is a duplex so if others are staying we did fine you could hear the other guests through the walls and some of the windows look into your section which was kind of a bummer but not deal breaker. Overall great stay and great communication with the host.

We absolutely loved staying in this house. We were in Apartment #3 which includes the rooftop deck and a deck off the bedrooms. It is ocean view from the rooftop. It’s very clean and has a perfect location to go to the beach too. On site parking and outside tables and grills.( there is no oven, only a stove top and microwave in the kitchen.) This was the second time we stayed here and we already booked next year!!

Everything was excellent. Wasn’t clear on the bed linens and towels but we made do. Thank you very much!

End of season so quiet and weather was great. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are 3 units within the building and would be great to have friends and family altogether in one building.

overall we had a great stay. the location was easy to get to, simple check in/out instructions, generous space, but hygiene needs to be improved. the floors was dirty and sandy when we checked. the upstairs bathroom had a piece of a soap bar from the previous guests, the main room bed was sandy under the provided quilt, and a private personal item was found beneath the bed of the second bathroom. still i found the renter to be very polite and quick to respond

Nice quiet area. House was very nice, clean updated . Loved the roof top deck . The host was awesome . I left a bag in the bedroom . She was easy to communicate with , was able to make arrangements to pick the bag up a week later .

Fully renovated inside- super clean and plenty of space. Extremely close to beach entrance. This place exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back next year!!!

property manager and host were very sweet and communication was great. home was clean and well organized. the patio and rooftop are the best part. i love the accommodations especially the outside showers, grill, and tanning chairs. for its price, it is definitely worth staying here.

Beautifully kept and right near the beach

Location could not have been better. Perfect for two couples. Everything in the house was new and clean. Decks were small but awesome. Rooftop could easily handle 6 to 8 people. Dominic, the property mgr, was super friendly and glad to help out with any questions or issues. I’ve had homes on the Jersey shore and have been going down the shore for 50 yrs. This house was so nice, I wish I owned it!

Not only do you get a great location, it’s also a fantastic unit. Perfectly clean and updated. I would consider renting this unit again or the other units within the house. I’ve only stayed in a few rental units and this went smooth, seamless and just a wonderful stay.

Very nice condo/home in a great location. Two bedrooms up w/a bathroom that can be ensuite or accessed by both bedrooms is upstairs. One bathroom is on the main floor. Unit has two decks, one being a rooftop with a view which was awesome for morning coffee & happy hour! The kitchen was fairly well stocked, though we didnt cook there much (has a gas range). Take note that there is no oven (a toaster oven would be nice) . Minor things such as no ice maker or trays to make ice, only mocha flavored coffee available & toaster only toasted on one side of the bread. (Manager was made aware). I like my bedroom dark and unfortunately the shades let lots of light in at sunrise, so bring eyeshades if you like it dark! AC worked great, parking is right in front. This unit was perfect for my husband and sister for a weekend. The beach is steps away and a walk to The Boardwalk was 10-15min.

This location was as advertised. Very nice stay.
