45 Seconds to the Beach and Boardwalk. Seaside Doesn't Get Any Better Than This!

Had an awesome 2 week family vacation here. Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and very helpful from the start. Stephanie the property manager met us at the unit upon arrival and was very sweet and helpful. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can’t beat the location across the street from the boardwalk and beach. It’s also so nice to have a pool to enjoy after mornings on the beach. We also really appreciated the Sunday check in/out for many reasons. I will definitely try to book this unit again the next time we decide to vacation in Seaside.

The location was fantastic. It was so convenient to be that close to the boardwalk. We also loved having so many rooms. The owner and manager were very responsive and addressed any issues quickly.

This townhome was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. Full modern baths in each of the bedrooms provided privacy for everyone in the family. The boardwalk, restaurants and attractions were all within a short walk and a car was never needed. The elevator provided easy access to all floors and was very helpful when transporting luggage, food etc. It was an additional treat to watch the weekly fireworks from the roof. Our host was easily accessible if we ever had any questions. We had a perfect vacation thanks to the beauty and amenities provided by this vacation rental.

You will not be disappointed in this location. Host was amazing and location is perfect for anything and everything you want to do!!!

This property was located steps from the boardwalk and the beach. It was very spacious with en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. There was a community pool just outside the unit. There was a good supply of beach towels and chairs. There was a rooftop deck as well as multiple balconies.

Had a great time. The location was perfect for the whole family. Property was immaculate and check in was easy! Owner was easy to contact and fabulous to work with.

We were in town for a dance competition and needed a place big enough for adults and teens. This townhouse was in a perfect location. It was clean and well maintained. It was very easy to contact the property manager. We’d stay again.

When I walked in, it looked so nice that I would have believed that someone wealthy, with a maid, and a decorator lived there. My husband especially enjoyed the screened-in balcony off the kitchen. We loved watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck. He's a big fan of recliners and snoozed a bit on the one in the living room. The kitchen was better stocked than I expected. My grandson was thrilled because there's some kind of gaming thing that's different than the one he has at home so he got to play something new. The hosts were so nice that I'd invite them to dinner if they lived near me.

Judy and Paul are wonderful people to deal with and couldn’t do enough to make us happy. The location is perfect in every way, minutes away from the boardwalk and beach, beautifully clean and everything a 4 star hotel would give you and better. Will be back to visit and would definitely stay again.Thank you
