Located on Boulevard in the southern end of Seaside Heights, this property offers easy access to the Jersey Shore's beach-town attractions. You'll be close to the beach and boardwalk, with restaurants, local shops, amusement rides, arcades, and summer entertainment nearby. Seaside Heights is known for its walkable resort atmosphere and more than a mile of boardwalk along the Atlantic shoreline.

The area is easy to explore on foot, especially for trips to the beach, boardwalk, dining, and entertainment. Beach access points are located along Ocean Terrace, with nearby streets providing convenient routes to the shore. For destinations farther away, guests can drive or use rideshare services. The Boulevard also provides convenient access for exploring neighboring Seaside Park and other nearby shore communities.

*** Beach Passes: As this is a new listing that was added toward the end of the beach season, beach passes are not included with this rental. The rental price has been adjusted accordingly to reflect this.

*** No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

*** No Proms/HS graduation groups

*** The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

*** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

*** If live TV is desired during your stay, we recommend signing up for a free 10 day trial of youtube TV.

*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!

*** Crib rental is available for $75 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.

***Pets must be disclosed by adding the number of pets to the reservation upon booking completion. This also ensures an applicable pet fees are applied.
