The dock on the bay is less than 5 minutes away where you can kayak, relax and watch wonderful sunsets in the evening (also visible from the deck). The tennis courts, outdoor gym and playground are a blick away. Many restaurants, bars and shops are within a short walking distance. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and this capacity is designed with that in mind.brbrParking for two (2) vehicles is provided; One off-street spot and one on-street spot, via the included Parking Pass. If you have more than two vehicles, they must be parked elsewhere.brbrWe are only hosting families and adult couples, and will not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party / absentee bookings. Therefore, the person booking the property must be 25 or older and must at the premises during the entire rental period.
