brWe are vrbocm! We are located at 116 Reading Ave. Wake up each morning refreshed from the sea air. Take an e-z stroll to the beach to warm your toes in the sand. Eat breakfast on the sun porch and snooze in the rocker. Spend the afternoon in the large sunny living room relaxing or playing games. Grill some local fish or steaks and enjoy dining in or visit many of the local restaurants. And guess what, turn in for the night in your cozy bedroom and enjoy 6 more days just like the first! This house provides a larger entertainment area on the first floor and the privacy of a separate 2nd floor for an extended family. Please note that this is a large house and the pictures are deceiving, we purchased the house spring of ’05 and completed quite an overhaul in 2023. We continue our renovations through 2024 in the off season for the improved comfort and enjoyment of our tenants. We added new doors on first floor and windows in 2020! New luxury bath with marble floor also 2020!brbrThis is the a great vacation beach house for those looking to be close to the water. This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only one house on the first block) see a peek of the ocean from the second floor deck. You can rent one or both units depending on the size of your family. The first floor sleeps 8 and second floor 6. We have additional air mattresses for a total of 16.brbrThe rates are better for both units together. There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive floor plan with 25′ living room (two queen sofas and entertainment center and is open to dining room, The first floor has one bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and the last 2 twins and also 2 full baths (one new 7/05 and updated in 2013); the second floor has a 2nd party kitchen, large open entertaining area, 2nd floor deck with peak of the ocean, 2 large bedrooms (one bedroom w/double, another a king (or 2 twins) and 2 new full baths (5/06). There is a nice level yard with off street parking for at least 3 cars, we just added cac on the first floor 1/06, 2nd floor has nice ac units (one in each room, bed rooms and living room). This area is perfect for strolling about on the beach (no beach tags required!) or biking along the safe shore road that runs directly in front of the cottage.brbrThe Cape May-Lewis Ferry is just about one mile down the road. If you want to hit the boardwalk at night, Cape May is 10 minutes by car and Wildwood about 15. Nearby there are wineries, shops, galleries and gourmet restaurants. Harpoons on The Bay, a beach front restaurant and bar, is just a few blocks walk down the road and a great place to dine if you aren't in the mood to cook! You can have a few drinks and simply walk home; no need to worry about driving! A quick trip to the market is only a few minutes by car. Major highways are accessible just outside of town, yet traffic is not a problem while staying in Townbank. The “small town feel” is comforting while strolling or biking throughout the town.brbrThe house is comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. The eat in dining room for six is beautifully furnished and is next to the living room where you can relax watching cable television, reading or chatting. Historical Victorian 2 bedroom Flat 1 block from Beach JUST RENOVATED!

This Charming 150 year old Historical Victorian flat is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from Washington Square! Private covered deck included along with wrap around communal front porch. Beautiful traditional decor adds to the old world feel of the lovely Cape May Shore. brUnit 2 has been completely renovated! New floors, new paint, new appliances, new furniture…you name it we did it!! This unit is perfect for a larger family (sleeps 7) with 2 bedrooms , a bump out kitchen, and comfortable living area. The kitchen is beautiful and drenched with sunlight with large windows and beach views from the front window. The master bedroom has a king size bed and romantic en suite bath with a claw foot tub. This tub is in the process of adding a working shower so bath or shower this bathroom will be a wonderful space. This is the only space that I do not have pictures of the redo, as it is currently underway now. But there will be a new toilet, new floors, and in general, a complete facelift that I am very excited about. The second bedroom consists of two bunk beds, one with a full bottom and twin top and the other with 2 twins.this bedroom has a fun French Victorian vibe and view of the ocean. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, wireless internet connection and a beautiful new4 seater sofa that is as comfortable as it is good looking.brThe washer and dryer, along with an outdoor shower, make clean-up from the beach easy. All of this in the heart of historical Cape May where almost all the of the local activities are within walking distance!!
