There are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each one and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. A newly upgraded full bath, laundry room and den with private deck complete the floor plan on that level. brbrContinuing the walkup, the second floor plan is open and the high ceilings in the living room/dining room/kitchen area create an open and airy feel. A large deck with BBQ grill is directly off the kitchen. A spiral staircase off the kitchen decking will take you up to a fiberglass deck that provides breathtaking views. The recently renovated Master Bedroom and Bath suite with queen bed is also on this level. Finally this top level has an additional half bath. brbrThe custom kitchen is very well-equipped making it easy to prepare family meals. After an active beach day, enjoy the outdoor shower located in the rear of the property. Amenities include Central Air, Dish Washer, flat screen Smart TV and Wifi. brConvenient tractor-tram helps families get to the ocean. The short boardwalk at the end of the block connects to the tram. It's a great convenience for elderly persons or young families with children. It runs about every 20 minutes from 10 am until 5 pm with a one hour interruption from 1-2 for the driver's lunch. brbrSpecialized sand wheel chairs are available to rent from the town. The Municipal offices are on 8th street where you can get updated events going on in town. Additional beach badges can be purchased on 10th St. adjacent to the tennis courts.
