There's a shuttle that picks up at the end of our parking lot with service to Heavenly's Stagecoach and Boulder ski lifts. The walk to Stagecoach lift and lodge takes 8 minutes. You can ski or walk to Boulder ski run from the lot. Activities close by are hiking, biking, boating, beaches, casinos, shopping, restaurants and night life. Our condo is cozy and relaxing after the days activities. Settle in and enjoy spending time with family and friends. brbrThe property is located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, NV. It is a 3bd/2ba condo and provides 1 king and a queen futon in MBR, BR #2 has a queen and BR #3 has a double. The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with electric fireplace and large windows to take in the magnificent views. There are 3 Smart TVs, (1 in family room, 1 in MBR, and 1 in BR #2). Washer/Dryer in house. The condo is an end unit on the second floor. The views from the deck of the lake and mountains are stunning and picturesque! Parking is free and limited to two vehicles with overflow parking nearby. The garage is available to renters for parking and storage. brbrThe back yard has a great deck overlooking the forest with patio table for dining, a private hot tub, and plenty of room for the family to play.brbrThe main floor, top floor, has the large gourmet kitchen open to the living room with a cozy fireplace. Remodeled Hot Tub Home Near Heavenly Village, Chairlift and Lake-Sleeps 9 Max

Tahoe Cozy Cabin is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 6 person hot tub on the back deck and an additional downstairs living room with a pool table. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have 70 smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook. The house is just over 1 mile to the casinos and Heavenly village. Two blocks down the street is Clydes Coffee Roasting Company, a great local coffee shop with fresh baked goods. The Gondola in Heavenly Village, Stagecoach chairlift , many restaurants and nightlife are within 2 miles of the house. Tahoe lake and Nevada Beach are just down the street. There are great mountain biking trails that are an easy ride from the house. The house sits on just under an acre of land, so plenty of room to enjoy. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and new tiled bathrooms with heated floors in each bathroom. The driveway into the property is long with a slight slope and 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains are highly recommended during the winter snow months. The property does have a snow removal service for the driveway, but continued snow fall and ice patches could still cause difficulties getting in and out without chains or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.brbrOne pet is permitted under 50lbs and potty trained. There is a $350 pet fee that must be paid. There are cameras at the house so please disclose if you are bringing a pet. If a pet is brought without disclosure, assuming the pet meets the restrictions, the fee will be charged to your security deposit or required to be paid immediately to continue access to the house. If pets are brought that do not comply with the rules, your party will be denied access unless the pets are boarded elsewhere. Accordingly, you MUST DISCLOSE IF A PET IS BEING BROUGHT.brbrThere is an EV (Electric Vehicle) Charger in Garage and RV electric hook-up on side of house.brbrThe house has central heat, but DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. The nest thermostat shows a/c but there is no a/c and will only run the blower if the thermostat is set to cool. brbrThe home has security cameras outside only. One which views the front of the house, another on the side of the house, another on the back deck and one in the back of the house. The cameras are used for security measures only and the owner highly respects all guests privacy. If guests wish further privacy during hot tub use, the owner can be contacted and the camera can be temporarily moved.brbrDue to the snow levels and freezing temps during the winter, the grill is not serviced during the winter and decks are not shoveled. However, there are shovels in the garage, and guest are welcome to use them to clear the decks or use the grill. Our townhouse borders the forest, with amazing trails that lead to both Nevada beach and round hill pines beach, both are within walking distance. Our townhouse is also within a mile of the casinos and Safeway grocery store. brOur amazing community pool and hot tub are open from 10 am till 8 pm! During winter and spring months, only the hot tub will be available.brbrOur townhouse has three levels, five bedrooms, multiple living and family areas, including a large sectional couch and many large smart televisions. Also, our townhouse includes a large cooks kitchen on the main level, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. You will also have access to two decks off of the master bedroom and the Jr. Master bedroom.
