Recently built five bedroom townhouse in Stateline, Nevada. Our lovely newer townhouse is situated in the Lake Village community. Our townhouse borders the forest, with amazing trails that lead to both Nevada beach and round hill pines beach, both are within walking distance. Our townhouse is also within a mile of the casinos and Safeway grocery store.
Our amazing community pool and hot tub are open from 10 am till 8 pm! During winter and spring months, only the hot tub will be available.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Home was ready for us early and had great accommodation's. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had great tools for our use. Beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Pickleball courts are also available. Beautiful scenery!

Stayed Jan 14, 2022We wanted a place to bring our family to play in the snow and relax together - this property did just that. The home is well furnished; with plenty of beds and bathrooms The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The location is close to snow parks, skiing, and casinos - something for everyone. The host was very gracious to us and very responsive by email. We made some new memories that will be lasting for sure.
