They are in the rental house. br*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. br.brbrbrThis large and open 5 bedroom home is great winter or summer. Very close to down town where most of the shopping, restaurants, casinos and Gondola are located. The yard is a great pace for sledding in the winter, there is a hill along side the house making it a great spot for small children.brThere are 3 large living rooms, a full bar (bring your own beer) on the bottom floor complete with a dishwasher, mini fridge, coffee maker and ice maker. The garage is available to renters for parking and storage. brbrThe back yard has a great deck overlooking the forest with patio table for dining, a private hot tub, and plenty of room for the family to play.brbrThe main floor, top floor, has the large gourmet kitchen open to the living room with a cozy fireplace. There are bedroom 1, master, with a king and full private bathroom with a large jetted tub. Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway. The entry into the garage is off of the living room. The laundry room is off of the kitchen.brbrOn the lower 2nd level is another large living room with a wet bar, big screen TV and fireplace. Bedroom 4 is the second master with a king and a jack-and-jill bathroom that connects to a bonus room office (there is no door on this room per the fire dep). Bedroom 5 has 2 queen beds, a baby crib and a private full bathroom.brbrOn the lower 3rd level is a very large 3rd living room with a big screen TV , a full bathroom and fireplace.
