Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.br - Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am. Night time occupancy may not exceed 9 and daytime may not exceed 18. Daytime is 8 am - 9pm. No gatherings are permitted that exceed these numbers!br - Three (3) car maximum allowed. Parking is only allowed in designated spaces as noted on map in unit. Parking passes are available and fines up to $500 may be assessed to the car owner for any violation. Placard must be displayed on the driver's side dashbr - Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal and gas BBQs are strictly prohibited.br - During inclement winter weather either 4 Wheel Drive and Snowtires, or 2 WD and chains are required to access this unit.
