Our home is less than 5 minutes from the casinos, 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort (both NV and CA lifts), and less than 10 minutes from Safeway. The home has a pool table w/ ping pong tabletop as well as a foosball table & Arcade1Up machine with 10+ games.brbrOur home is a spacious 5BR/3.5BA located in middle Kingsbury. The main living area has large screen LCD TV with Blu-Ray player. There is also a separate family room downstairs with us own LCD tv and Blu-ray player. We also have a classic Nintendo for your entertainment.brbrWe just added a new smaller 4 person hot tub on the back deck to allow a place to relax after a long day of skiing. It is placed within our solarium to help prevent noise issues and also allows it to double as a sauna.brbrThe kitchen has custom built-in appliances with a double wall oven. There are plenty of seating options for big groups. The kitchen/dining area has access to the expansive back deck and partial lake views.brbrThere is lots of fun for all with a pool table and a tornado foosball table. We ask that you communicate all issues as soon as they happen so we may be given the opportunity to rectify them. brbrFRAUDULANT CLAIMS. We believe in running an honest business and expect our guests to have the same mentality. Falsifying or embellishing home issues with the intention of receiving money back is something we will not tolerate. brbrCANCELLATIONS. We adhere to the cancellation policy we have set up on the site you booked through. We also highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance. However, we are human too. If you are past your cancellation time frame, please initiate the cancellation process on your end so we can open up the home’s calendar. Summit Tahoe cannot guarantee snow removal services to the roads and driveway will be completed by the county and/or snow removal vendors. Delays during heavy snowfall are to be expected. Snow shovels are provided onsite. Guests are required to carry chains with them to Tahoe per local law. brbrICY WALKWAYS. Our walkways in Tahoe are icy so make sure all members of your party have snow boots and walk with care. We do our best to clear snow and add ice melt but despite best efforts our walkways still become icy. We are not liable for any falls or slips on the ice.brbrPETS. This home is pet friendly. However you must abide by the following rules:br- We welcome responsible pet owners and up to 2 well behaved dogs under 25 lbs. br- Please add the # of pets to the reservation before you book. br- Dogs must be potty trained so no puppies or pee pads please. br- Pet owners must pick up ALL dog poop before check out.
