Great cabin feel with the fireplace and exposed beams. Spacious loft feel with a large dining table. Felt very different than the casino atmosphere a few minutes away. Would stay at this property again.

The condo was clean and spacious. It was very welcoming and comfortable, as were the hosts. Centrally located right near the stateline with easy access to everything you'd want in S. Tahoe. Will definitely be back.

The location is great—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the casinos, stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The host did an excellent job stocking the kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, including pots, pans, plates, cups, and even extra touches like bar and cocktail supplies. The coffee maker was a nice upgrade as well, offering both K-Cup and drip options.The house itself was extremely clean but still felt inviting and very livable—an ideal combination.When we arrived, we encountered two minor electronic issues, likely caused by the previous guests. The internet/TV connectivity problem was quickly resolved by resetting the router. The second issue was with the cable box, which wasn’t displaying because the cable was plugged into the wrong input. Fortunately, the host provided clear instructions for operating the TV, so switching to the correct HDMI input resolved it immediately.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s attention to detail and helpful guidance. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great location easy to get in and out into traffic. Very quiet. The place was spotless very clean. The beds were a little hard and the bedding could be a little more plush. Over all we enjoyed our trip and we would stay here again.Mary S.

Great communication. Pretty much everything you need for a home away from home. Clean and appreciated the amenities such as pool and park. The only thing thing we weren't prepared for, was the lack of a/c. Otherwise, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable, open, well spaced, quiet community, safe, nice pool/clubhouse. Should sleep 8 though, there was plenty of bed space for 8, dishes and table space for more than 8. Perfect for our basketball families to share for a weekend tournament but would have been great to offer the other bed to another teammate.

Townhouse was cozy and functional. The place was a bit hard to find because the address on Google maps did not take us exactly there.

Cozy cabin like feel to this place with plenty of space! It’s close to 3 beaches/parks, Heavenly Village, Edgewood resort and other spots. Thank you for the great stay, clear instructions and guidelines!

We felt check-in/chek-out process is a bit time consuming as we have to get parking/recreation passes from club house and while checkouts there are some action items like washing towels and removing bed linens etc.. they may cause delay if someone have tight reservations around. Apart from that we have no complains with house and location and we really enjoyed the stay its very peacful and amazing place. Thank you!!
