In summer,you'll be close to beautiful Nevada Beach on Lake Tahoe (five miles), with the casinos, shops, and restaurants of downtown Stateline even closer (three miles).

Summer or winter, this house makes a wonderful family getaway. When the weather's fine, light the gas grill on the deck and enjoy dinner alfresco in the fragrant alpine air. Come winter, watch the snow pile high all around you in the bubbly warmth of the hot tub, and spend your evenings in the living room streaming movies.

The house is full of sunlight and open spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen (with double ovens for easy meal prep), a formal dining room, and a living room that connects to the deck.
