Tahoe Blue Estate is an 8,640 square foot spectacular home built on a bluff at the top of Kingsbury Grade. Tahoe Blue Estate offers you and your guests a secluded getaway with phenomenal 360 views of beautiful Lake Tahoe from nearly every room that will take your breath away! Many rooms also have spectacular views of the Heavenly Ski resort along with hundreds of acres of forest. Sitting on over 1.7 acres, the gated estate offers a private mountain getaway for the ultimate in relaxation, yet is less than a 10 minute drive to the casinos and downtown South Lake.

The home includes 7 bedrooms (one of which is semi-private), 7.5 baths and plenty of room for entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over the lake in the beautiful indoor spa or rack a game of pool and watch a movie in the recreational room! The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line professional appliances (including two dishwashers, an espresso machine, and a Viking range), sure to impress any chef. Once you have prepared you meal, enjoy it with your guests on our custom built dining room table that sits 18. Have a drink and enjoy the views at either of the two bars or sit and relax with company in front of the fireplace. Two of the bedrooms and the semi-private room are located in a separate, fully equipped apartment (including a full kitchen) that can be accessed through the house or through a separate entrance, making the home perfect for multiple families! There is also a 2 car garage and a large heated drive to fit a total of 9 cars. If you are staying with us in the winter, a day of skiing or snowboarding is easy to plan with the estate being only 0.5 miles from the Boulder lift/lodge and 1.5 miles from the Stagecoach lift/lodge, both of which are a part of the Heavenly Mountain. For those coming during the warmer months, there are plenty of great hiking and biking trails in the area, and the beaches are a 10 - 15 min drive down the mountain.
