Stayed Dec 28, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is cute, clean, and in a great location—close to town and the slopes, and only about three minutes from the grocery store.Some updates would be helpful, particularly in the kitchen. New, larger oven pans are needed, and a crock pot should be provided. Most of the plates and bowls were chipped or cracked along the edges and should be replaced.The listing description was misleading. It advertises five beds accommodating ten people, but there are only four beds for eight people, plus a blow-up mattress. If the property is advertised for ten guests, proper beds should be provided for all ten. A blow-up mattress is not a suitable sleeping option for older guests.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025The property was perfect! All the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen and living room area is open, perfect for large groups. The property is close to pretty much anything you would want to do. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed everything about our trip. Being a quick 5-10 minute drive from the mountain was amazing and having a cozy place and a hot tub to come home to was absolutely priceless. Additionally, the property manager was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

The location was perfect. We were able to visit Kirkwood, and Heavenly for some snowboarding and our (my) favorite spot to eat was Fox and the Hound.

Everything was clean, rooms were spacious and having 4 bathrooms was awesome. Hottub and movie room were bonuses making this place perfect for large groups. We also liked that it was in a quieter, less busy neighborhood.

Only negative note is the master bedroom gets pretty warm at night (summer) due to the pilot light in the fireplace.
