Screened in patio area and plenty of room to hangout on the large dock. The house has 1st bed with a King and a roll out, 2nd bed with a queen and roll out, 3rd bed has a queen trundle with a twin pull out. Good size living room with fireplace, large well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and table. Screened in patio are, fire pit, grill, and plenty of great fishing. Just around the corner from Frank and Louie's by land or a short boat ride. Ask about additional guest! No boat slip is available; however, you are welcome to tie up to the dock. Plenty of bumpers and ropes are onsite. The boat slip is utilized by the owners, but the dock is all yours while staying.

Fire pit is waterside to roast marshmallows and visit with family and friends. Enjoy grilling out with either the gas or charcoal grill. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath's. Master bedroom has king size bed, 40 TV, private bathroom with shower. Outside your sliding glass door is a deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with another glass siding door with a lake view. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and a 32 TV. Second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Lower level has a spacious family room with floor to ceiling windows. These provide a beautiful view of the peaceful cove. A queen sofa sleeper is available if additional beds are needed. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking.brbr Dock Access Note :brThe dock is currently inaccessible while we complete a brand-new backyard and pathway renovation. We are hoping for completion by Summer 2026. In the meantime, our sister property next door has a dock with completed access that can be used.brbrA refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit helps ensure the home is left in good condition and may be used if excessive cleaning is required, if the grill is not cleaned after use, if trash is left inside the home, or if any damage occurs during the stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care, follow basic cleanliness expectations, and report any issues right away. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in reasonable condition, with no damage or extra cleaning needed.brWe do have a pet fee. $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.brbrAbsolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 or more depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.
