It is perfect for you to enjoy time with your family and friends, chillin' and fishing off the dock, swimming in the lake, or unwinding in the evening from the screened in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar for your enjoyment. You will love all this property has to offer you. 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, Bags and yard games, Pickle Ball courts nearby, etc. Things to note on the property: We are located in a deep water NO WAKE COVE. We have a covered boat slip for guest use that is ten feet wide by thirty feet long and a drive on wave runner slip. There is also room to park up to 2 additional boats on the sides of the dock.
