If the weather keeps you inside there are plenty of games for the kids (or adults) and a ping pong table in the downstairs game room. Finish the night visiting with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace on the screened in back porch or enjoy a family movie in the movie room with 12 reclining seats. br brThe dock has fun activities for everyone including built in speakers, mini fridge to keep your drinks cold, fishing, swimming/floating (Lilly pad provided), kayaking (provided), or boating/jet skiing. You can rent or bring your own boat or PWC (there is a 10’boat slip and a 12’ boat slip left empty for renters and 1 side-mounted drive-on PWC lift is also left empty for renters). There is a community parking lot about 15/20 steps away that is always available. Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles. This is a family neighborhood so no large parties are allowed. The beds are all Medium/Firm. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people (2 per a room) but I allow up to 8. There are 3 beds total and 1 trundle bed under one of the Full size beds if needed. When the trundles is pulled out, it will take up any extra floor space in the room. Air mattresses or couch sleeping are also allowed if you prefer. There are tv's in all rooms with one larger tv in the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There are books, games, dvds ,floats ,lily pad, two blow up paddle boards and two kayaks . Enjoy your time on the dock !!! This place is amazing for all your lake activities . Returning to the house by water , when you launch you will be in the Gravois Arm , stay to left till you get to the main channel, then stay left in the main channel, the house is at mile marker 4 turn left stay left all the way to back of the cove.brWhen boating the coves are marked with markers this lake is 92miles long... its BIG! You have to look for the mile markers at the beginning of the coves.brComing out of our cove to the left will take you to the Dam, where there is boat parking, shops, restaurants, bars, activities for the kiddos and whole family!brThere is so much more!
