Family Fun - Private Dock, Movie Room, and Calm Water!

Our family has been vacationing at the lake every summer since 2017. This is by far our favorite property…with great amenities! We utilized the game room, both kitchens and enjoyed unwinding in the evening watching a movie in the theater room. Very clean, well maintained and the quiet cove was perfect! We had 4 couples and 2 friends in our group. Plenty of space and we all enjoyed the game room and all watched a classic in the Movie Room! Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. the dock was great and a perfect location in the cove. The only thing we all agreed on is the path to the dock have lighting. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved everything about staying at this property and would definitely stay again. The communication with the host was always prompt and helpful and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures on VRBO. All the rooms are very spacious. The kitchens both up and down were well stocked with dishes and utensils and having two full size refrigerators in the home was so convenient. Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. We especially loved the screened in porches and spent our early mornings and late evenings on the porches enjoying the beautiful view and sound of the lake. The cove was very quiet and calm. The kids (ages 11 to 2) loved the dock, jumping on the lily pad, using the kayaks, and fishing. The only screen time we had was the use of the theatre room which again was very spacious and comfortable. By far our favorite property that we have stayed at the Lake. Highly recommend for families.

Great weekend stay! House had more than enough room for a weekend away with friends and family. Was very updated and very clean! Outdoor space was great, the screened in porches were our favorite area. Cove was calm enough to hang out in the water all day. Will definitely return!

We loved this place especially for our 2 families. The space was great. The dock was amazing and the movie theater was an awesome bonus! The area was beautiful and a great place to use our paddle boards.

This was our third summer staying here… another fantastic trip for our family. This house has it all and it’s such a peaceful cove but still has plenty of action with people driving by.

All as advertised, clean, well equipped kitchens.Kids loved the media room and game room.Wonderfully dock with lots of things to do.Hope to stay there again.

My family and I have been going to the lake every year for labor day for the past 15 years and this is definitely one of our favorites! The home was beautiful and clean - the rooms were great and we loved the 2 kitchens! The dock was also wonderful because you are in a quiet cove so the water is great to kayak and swim in. This place was just so much fun for our family and we will consider staying here again! All communications with the owner were prompt and courteous.

As other reviewers have stated, the house is perfect from location to layout to included amenities! We felt like we were at home and already looking forward to coming back! Dock and cove are very calm for water activity and navigating boat!

This beautiful home could not have been more perfect for our combined families of 11 with ages ranging from 7-70. The home was incredibly spacious and clean. Having two fully stocked kitchens with plenty of seating and room to store anything that we brought with us was a huge help. The downstairs amenities were a blessing to keep the kids from getting bored, especially on the one rainy day that we had. The game room was supplied with board games in addition to the ping pong table and the arcade game. The awesome movie room has comfy reclining seats, as well as quite a few DVD's to choose from for added movie options. The best part of our vacation was obviously the lake time. Our party enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad that were supplied, and we also brought our own paddle boards. There are noodles, as well as a couple of inflatables, electric pumps, a small selection of life jackets and some fishing supplies available. The dock is very spacious with plenty of seating and room for everyone to enjoy. Having the refrigerator on the dock that we stocked with drinks was very convenient. The location away from the main channel made for calmer water, which is exactly what we were looking for in a rental. The host of this gorgeous home was friendly, open with communication and extremely helpful with any questions that we had. We have already recommended this home to all of our family and friends, and we would absolutely rent this home again. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

We decided to have our 20 year sorority pledge class reunion on the lake and this was the perfect. There were 10 women celebrating 20 years of friendship since we first met in college. This house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the space, the dock, and the location. We all decided we need to try to do this at this house again next summer!

EVERYTHING you could ask for !!! Super clean, beautiful home with something to keep everyone busy. The theater room was a huge attraction for all. Ping pong and Pac-Man Twister too. We spent many hours on the dock with the Lilly pad and kayaks. Plenty of room for the pontoon and jet ski we rented from near by . Kids caught fish off the dock and the mini fridge saved many trips back to the house . Plenty of seating on the large dock with built in speakers.This home is a 10+

We have stayed at many houses at the Lake of the Ozarks and this is our favorite. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space and an unmatched outdoor living area and dock. Homeowner was great and had good communication.

We have stayed at this property twice and both times have exceeded our expectations. The property is perfect for a family with various ages. Plenty of space and amenities. We will be back!
