Returning to the house by water , when you launch you will be in the Gravois Arm , stay to left till you get to the main channel, then stay left in the main channel, the house is at mile marker 4 turn left stay left all the way to back of the cove.brWhen boating the coves are marked with markers this lake is 92miles long... its BIG! You have to look for the mile markers at the beginning of the coves.brComing out of our cove to the left will take you to the Dam, where there is boat parking, shops, restaurants, bars, activities for the kiddos and whole family!brThere is so much more! Coconuts (Food & Pool w/ swim up bar), Jolly Roger's (Best breakfast buffet on the lake!), Lake Burger, and Maggie's on the Lake are all about a 10 minute boat ride all right here on the Gravois Arm. About a 15 minute boat ride you'll be at the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks where you'll find a lot more lakefront restaurants/bars. brbrBy car Jolly Roger's is only 5 minutes from the House. Great food and drinks and like mentioned above the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The closest store is Dollar General about a 10 minute drive they pretty much sell anything you might need in a pinch. The Bagnell Dam Strip is about a 25 minute drive where you'll find all sorts of restaurants, bars, and souvenir shopping. Once dark this area is very popular and has quite the night life. About 10 minutes further you'll can drive into Osage beach where you'll find pretty much everything, Walmart, all sorts of restaurants and fast food, menards, home depot, mini golf, go carts, etc.brbrThe house is the last house on a private dead end road in a secluded wooded area. The are only two neighboring houses that are close with a vacant lot in between us. The last mile on your drive in is a gravel road. We look out to the south across the main channel just past Cross point (Assembly of God resort) and we look towards the west across the mouth of the Gravois arm where the sunsets ( as you can see in our pictures). Second bedroom has a queen bed w/barn doors for privacy. Third bedroom has a queen bed with lots of windows with lake view. In addition to the living room area there is also a sunroom off the deck with lots of windows, a sofa sleeper and small desk with monitor. Two full bathrooms are freshly renovated with walk-in showers. High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, deck and on the dock. We have provided some beach towels for the use of our guests. The kitchen is well appointed with all you will need to prepare full meals. We have both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, mixer, and blender for your convenience. There are enough dishes for 8 place settings. There is a washer and dryer available (downstairs) for your use as well. The dam, and downtown strip is a short 15 min drive away. There is room directly across from our driveway to park a boat trailer and room for 5-6 vehicles in our driveway. The upstairs of the home was completed renovated and features hardwood floors throughout, a cozy living room, three bedrooms, and a renovated bathroom. The Master bedroom has queen size bed and generous wall mounted LED television with DVD. The second bedroom features a comfy full-sized bed and a wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD.
