There is also an oscillating fan and a propane fire table on the dock - with built-in speakers and amplifier so you can stream your music from your phone. This beautiful home was completely rehabbed with a - completely new kitchen, all furniture, mattresses, sheets, & pillows are recent - the place is very CLEAN!l. There are 2 large decks with a big beautiful view of the main channel -with a Traeger smoker, new propane, grill, chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and even a hammock! brbrThis is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home that very comfortably sleeps 10 (if you have more in your group, let's discuss - we want to be sure you will be comfortable). There are new smart TVs throughout the house but you'll probably spend a lot of time outside on the decks overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks or relaxing and fishing on a the private floating dock. The dock surface is concrete - so no splinters!
