The dock's boat slip is 28'x10' and there is a PWC slip available for your use. A nearby marina is available for launching your boat/PWC.brOur recently updated home sleeps 6 in beds and up to 8 using the pull-out couch in the main living area. It is tastefully decorated and features a fully equipped/stocked (basic essentials) kitchen with stainless appliances, new cabinets and granite countertops. A washer/dryer and 2nd refrigerator are located in the Utility room. Our home features flat screen TV’s, WI-FI and much more. All bath towels, kitchen towels, some beach towels, and bed linens are included. An Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry soaps are also provided for your convenience. Most everything you expect and need is available for your use.
