Stayed Jul 11, 2025Nice neighborhood and a perfect place for one or two people. I was attending a baseball game and it's close to the pro-sports facilities. Owner was very nice and seemed to want to help with anything if needed. We already discussed when I may be back.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025This is the second time we have stayed in the Guesthouse. And it will not be our last. We love it! Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute drive to Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead. The property owner has equipped the Guesthouse with every amenity possible. An amazing host!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025The house was perfect for our stay and visit to KC. Super close to the Royals and Chiefs stadiums. Made our visits very easy. Getting around KC is easy. Independence is super cute and great little coffee shops to visit. Was fun to be close to Truman’s house as well. The house was perfect for everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a welcome to come back to after long tourist days.
