The most important thing is enjoy the fresh air and the lake - that is why we call it the Air and Lake condo - you can feel the stress melt away!brbrWonderful space in this 4 bedroom unit overlooking the pool and in a gated community close to Branson! The View is a great complex in a great location. We have ten units in this complex - this unit is right above our 3 bedroom! If you want to have a big group in a great location on the lake this is it! brbrPLEASE NOTE - We do take pets, one pet less than 30 lbs; the pet fee is $15/night. Please do not inquire with a larger pet; the HOA does not allow them and you will be asked by the HOA to leave. Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor; our 3 bedroom unit is a walk in unit. brbrThis 4 bedroom Table Rock condo is a great option for lots of space and a lake view from both sides. Though small, it does show you what the water looks like today - lets you know to get the cooler packed and head out for that glass like water unique to Table Rock! The condo is 5 min to Hollister, 5 mins to College of the Ozarks and their amazing restaurant and 10 mins to Big Cedar. If you want to enjoy Top of the Rock, be close to Big Cedar but not pay those prices this is a reat option. There is an onsite marina but most guests like using State Park Marina which is only one cove over. Tons of windows, light and bright and a huge amount of space!brbr- Living Area - brThe 2 story living area has beautiful views, natural light and is an open and airy so everyone can gather together. There is plenty of seating, including a large recliner and seating at the dining table and island. There is a large tv as well. You can enjoy the patio and overlook the heated pool. We always offer free WIFI so you can enjoy streaming or if you have to get some work done. The patio is right off of the living area and a perfect spot for morning coffee. brbr- Four Bedrooms and Four Full Baths - brThe four bedroom suites all have an attached bath which is great to be able to get privacy as well. The master suite connects to a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second and third bedrooms connect to its own standard full bath. All of the main floor bedrooms have a king bed. The upstairs lofted bedroom has 2 futons and also includes a standard full bath.brbr- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room - brThe dining room overlooks the pool and has plenty of space for Thanksgiving dinner or a game with popcorn as a snack! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - even including a crock pot so you can have a hot meal after a day on the lake or Silver Dollar City. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. There are games for nights in as well. brbr- Additional Information - brOnce guests stay at The View at Emerald Point they come back year after year. Great location, nice and quiet, gated community, close to the lake with great amenities. This is a good option for big groups as well because we have multiple units in the complex. There is no trailer parking at the condo parking lot.
