The house is pretty clean, and very comfortable, even for a crowd. One of the bedrooms listed, with the bunk beds, isn't exactly a room but it is in an alcove of a larger basement living room. It functions well as a room, but don't expect a whole bedroom with a door. There are a lot of plates, bowls, and cups to feed the crowd with. If you need to store leftovers, there are not many dishes for that.The pool table is in disrepair. You cannot play a quality game of pool on it. So it a quality table is important to you, this is not the table. But people who don't really know how to play may not care. If the pool table was in great condition, I would give this house an even better rating. I have had almost no need to contact the owners, but when I have, there was no issue reaching them. We have stayed here twice, and really enjoyed both times!

This property was so beautiful! The house was very clean and very true to the listing. There were several of us meeting up from different states and there was more than enough space to accommodate us all. The view from the balcony was incredible! I highly recommend this property!!

This was one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. My mom took my family and my brother’s family to Branson for the weekend. The kids ages ranged from 9 to 21. Everyone had plenty of space. The basement was a big hit with the group . The open kitchen area/ living room made getting together as a big group nice. The place has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. As an added bonus, it was already decorated beautifully for Christmas ! We loved our stay and I would love to book again sometime .

We arrived about 30 minutes before we were approved to check in (about 2:30) the cleaning lady didnt get through until approximately 4:15 so needless to say we exhausted from the 7 hours of driving. And the front porch furniture isnt for comfort. The inside of the home was beautiful and a wonderful to place to rest. The kids loved the pool table. Bedrooms were very comfortable & balcony as well. Our next day we noticed that the dishwasher did notuntil 4:15.

Owner was prompt in getting bavk to us. There are some minor repairs needed. Downstairs shower door broken, ice maker does not dispense ice..but does make it. Toliet seat in upstairs bathroom broken, needs replaced. Hole in wall behind recliner.. beautiful home.with all amenitues.

Owner is quick to respond to issues! Pool was amazing with the slide for the kids. No crossing the street as stated. Close to grocery store, attractions as well. My family had an amazing time!Would be amazing with an update to cabinets, bathroom. Broken pool and foosball table.

The house itself was nice. Plenty of extra bedding, pillows and towels. Was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The only complaint anyone had was the pool could've been cleaner. There were alot of people using it but there was alot of hair and stuff floating in the water. The property was in a good location. Everything we wanted to do was within 15-20 minute drive.

The property and area were spectacular! Great time away with family - away from the hustle and bustle but yet not too far away.

House was easy find to get into. We had plenty of room for our family. The kids loved the pool and easy access to it. The refrigerator in the basement isn't a full size so we did struggle getting all the food that we had brought into the fridge. There also was no dish towels or dish rags in the kitchen. Everything else was great in the house.

Property location was perfect for our trip in good proximity to golf courses.

This property was close to EVERYTHING. We saw three separate fireworks shows from the balcony. We were 8 minutes from the lake, from cave tours and hiking trails and other entertainment. Plenty of space for two families (7 people). I can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely loved the house. We had such a good time! The kids loved the pool and the basement area. We were a large group and the 4 bed 4 bath was perfect. We made some really nice memories. I would definitely recommend this property!

Everything was clean, organized and the home had lots of space for my family of 7. It was also a quiet neighborhood within close proximity of downtown Branson. Would stay here again!

Great location. Nice house. Has pool table and air hockey. Pool table is worn out and needs replaced but still able to play on. House location is really nice area and has a great view from top two floors. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a large group that went to this property. The place was clean and just as described.

The house is beautiful! Very spacious and clean. Plenty of extras. It was right by the playground and plenty of parking. Decorated beautifully for Christmas! Robyn responded quickly. She is very easy to work with and is generous and so kind. Beds are comfortable. I would recommend 100% to anyone. We will be back!!

The house was nice and fit our needs for the holidays. I appreciated the fact the house was decorated for Christmas. There were a lot of misc.damages that were a bit disheartening. Examples are blinds, cabinets, doors, carpet. The remote batteries also did not work. The house was also not as clean as I expected. Overall though, it was good.

The house was nice and decorated for Christmas which the grandkids enjoyed looking at. Had all the amenities down to the toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. A couple extra pac n plays. Space heaters throughout. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. Playground was right outside the back door. The view from the balcony was very nice. Definitely would recommend this place and would rent again in the future. Convenient location. baby gates. blankets. The

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving… only issue we had was the house beside us would take our parking spot. The downstairs bar stools and chairs for the table were all broken. Not a huge deal for us we just didn’t use them. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to book again!

We had a party of 12 (5 adults and 7 children under the age of 11) and this was perfect!! The kids LOVED the basement and the adults loved the walk out door to the park! Easy drive in to Branson! Great location and wonderful property!

The basement was the best for the four boys under 8 years old!

Nephew was getting married. Had family come from all over. This house became the gathering place for everyone. Plenty of room. They even had some baby essentials. That was a nice surprise. Everyone kept saying house nice the house is. Would definitely recommend. .

Great accommodations!!! Had baby items as well ( playpen/ high chair/ baby gates)!! The men loved the basement with the game room/ bar!! Plenty of room for everybody without feeling crowded!!

We spent 3 days at this property. It was nice and comfortable and easy to find. A couple of things that could have been better was the outside lights left on for us. It was dark when we got there and couldn’t find the front door at first. My daughter sat in a barstool downstairs and almost tipped over because the back was broken. I wish the basements door outside had a full blind on it because you can see inside. Other than that, everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

The arrival and check in and out process was easy. The initial communication with the owner was also easy, however I sent a thank you email to her and she never responded 🤔. Now, the property is beautiful and nicely located. On the outside, the trees could use a cut back and the steps from the back are a little steep, especially for children. There is a massive hill in the parking area so be careful and please use your emergency break. On to the inside of this property. The downstairs basement area is spacious and alluring. The main level is open and accommodating. My only complaint on this level is the master bedroom’s central air. The vent on the window side of the bed is blowing at full speed and not circulating the room. I had to sleep in full pajamas and socks. The upstairs level could use some updating. The AC units are portable in each bedroom, and one of the units turned off in the early morning hour. One of the beds (upper level) was not ideal for sleeping in not to mention that’s the room where the AC unit went out. The WiFi code is incorrect in the email and on the paperwork provided, so we had to figure that out as well. All and all our stay was enjoyable! I just figured mentioning these minor details could help improve future rentals.

This property was perfect for our family trip. The amount of space was great for us to spread out although we did spend most of our time at the great pool or at area entertainment. We enjoyed several evenings at the large table on the upper deck. The house is a bit more worn than what is shown in the pictures but was clean and very comfortable.

The place was very nice. The on-line pictures needs to be be updated. There is no pink/green bedroom. The basement door needs blinds on it. It worked out perfectly for my family. It was close to the Park marina for our boating day. The Point Royal was close. It was a nice public course, but narrow. It was also ~15min away from Branson Landing. We would stay here again.

Overall the property was a nice place to spend 5 days with our family (12 people). The pool was close and clean, on the weekend it was crowded but mostly empty during the week. The house is spacious with plenty of sleeping. There were several irritating problems : there was water on the basement floor from the AC unit on the 1st floor, the pool table and foosball table are in disrepair, the master bedroom shower door falls off if moved, and there was Quite a bit of pet hair.” Dave the property manager responded quickly to the leaky basement ceiling and a repair company came 3 days later to fix it..
