Lake View, Hot Tub, Fire pit, and Gameroom!

The house was clean and had nice furniture and bedding. Really enjoyed the house itself. Very spacious and well set up. Had everything you could need stocked, I.e., dishes, towels, bedding, fans, pack-n-play, and it was clean. Appreciated the Christian atmosphere in the home! Bible verses in the decor around the home, etc. Will definitely book this property again for big family outings in the Branson area.

More than enough rom for our party of 10. Plenty of activities to do inside to keep the downtime entertaining, and well located for outings and activity. Sunset at Big Cedar Lodge is a must!

For perspective: we are a well-traveled Midwest family of 6 with 4 elementary aged kids. Honestly, possibly my favorite VRBO ever. The beds were extremely comfortable - definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel/rental. My watch said I got a sleep score of 100 most nights. It was tastefully decorated without being cluttered. I appreciated the full size supply of descent shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. These are things I don’t want have to worry about when traveling. There were plenty of blankets and towels, including for the hot tub. The hot tub seems new and quite large. The house was very clean - the only dirty spots were dust under the bed (to be expected). The location is fantastic. The kids enjoyed using the kayaks included, and appreciated the life jackets (though only adult size). It’s in a newer development but they did a good job with trees/plants so that it’s very private. The fire pit area was well stocked with wood and also fairly private. The kids enjoyed all the board/card games. Some had missing parts (dominos, battleship) but to be expected at a rental. The kids also really liked the multicade. I do wish we didn't have to use quarters for the shooter game but was spelled out in advance. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Only things to make it better: small coffee supply for at least the first day and night lights in the bathrooms.

This was the perfect property for a moms’ weekend getaway. The common areas are spacious and cozy. The hot tub was wonderful. And the neighborhood was conveniently located and quiet.

This is one of the best homes we have ever stayed at!!! They really thought of everything! The hot tub was large and amazing on a frigid day! The game room with games and plush seating was the perfect hangout for our teens! The living area and kitchen were spacious and just right for our crew. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect experience! Look no further for a great home away from home!

The space was great for our three families (12 people). The location is convenient and the view is beautiful. The house is comfortable and spacious with room for kids to play in the basement. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would rent this house again.

This property was absolutely amazing. The host answered all my questions and I know i asked quite a few because it was my husband and I 30th anniversary and i wanted it to be perfect. It was super clean, had everything we needed, and was secluded but not far from the main strip in Branson. We will be staying again for our next trip.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room and the host was very responsive.

Checking into the VRBO Rental was easy. Our host gave us information about check through messages with all the information that was needed a few days in advance. It was a very smooth check in. The kitchen had ample services for our family, from pots and pans, glassware, plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls, and plastic ware for children. Toaster, blender, crockpot were available to use as well. Also provided were a few basics staples and spices to get us started. We were all able to sit and eat together with the table seating 10 and island with the four stools. Made for enjoyable mealtime with everyone.

My family of 14 had a fantastic stay at the Alpine Lake View home. The house was well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. My family made a lot of memories here.

My family from Texas and Iowa met in the middle for a fun week in Branson. We had the most amazing week - we utilized every part of the house, especially all the games... the community is equally as amazing (be ready to walk some hills though)! The pool and clubhouse are awesome. The house is full of games, kid needs, and all sorts of other wonderful stuff ... I will say, most of the beds are a little on the harder side, but do not let that deter you. Truly a wonderful house! The location is wonderful and the view is spectacular. STAY HERE!

Plenty of room and sleeping rooms for our group of 11. We enjoyed our family being together for our 50th wedding anniversary, we had great adventures.

We came in from California, Texas and Kansas to re-unite with siblings. Loved the house and it's amenities. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The best time was spent enjoying each other in a great house.

Perfect for a large group or family. Plenty of room without feeling crowded. It felt like family camp with our kids and grandkids!

We had a great stay in a very nice home in Hollister. House was spacious, clean and inviting. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Adam was in contact throughout if we needed anything. A definite recommendation.

PERFECT! This was a beautiful home! Bigger than we needed but fit all of our needs Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Communication was wonderful from the time I started the rental process thru the entire process! Couldnt have asked for more!!

We had a large group of 15 and there was plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other but also common space for getting together to eat and mingle. View of the lake and hot tub was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

It was so easy to find the place, and the easiest check in process. Prior to the stay, the host was communicative and answered all questions. It was very clean as well. More rooms than we needed for our family of 4, but our kids had a blast! They enjoyed the game table (shuffleboard I think) downstairs. Husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. Normally we prefer a more secluded location, but this location was actually very convenient to get back and forth from other attractions and places we were checking out, and also the roads were paved and easy to drive on. Loved the other touches for the season, like the lighted Christmas tree, the comfy linens and blankets, the extra towels, etc. Little things like having enough soap, shampoo and conditioner, were helpful too. Thanks again! We had a BLAST.

Absolutely loved the property. Spacious and beautiful. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms. Beds were cozy. Special thank you for putting up a Christmas tree. It made our family vacation extra special!!!! Also loved the downstairs area with the shuffle board and pinball machine.

Our family group of 14 was very pleased with this house and all it’s accommodations. There was plenty of room, good beds, plenty of TV’s, large table for meals together and nice view of lake. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring.

The hot tub is 5*. Pictures and description are accurate. Easy check in and out process. The trash does have to be taken to a dumpster down the street but the minimal requirements for checkout cleaning made up for it. Great place to stay.

The property was a perfect fit for my family of 16. Everyone had their own space and plenty of space to chill as a family. The host checked on us through every step of our stay making sure we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The views were amazing. We had a fabulous stay in this amazing home.
