Enjoy the flat screen smart TV so you can enjoy any of your streaming services you subscribe to at home or watch TV with Dish satellite. Enjoy the many things that the surrounding areas has to offer. There is always something to do. Or if you prefer you can enjoy the peace and quiet to read a book, take a walk or play a game of horseshoes with a friend, you can do as much or as little as you want! There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the many shade trees. Across the street is Cassville Golf Course and just 3 miles away is Roaring River State Park for some of the best trout fishing around. We are 30 minutes to Eureka Springs and an hour to Branson. The river rock gas fireplace, pine wood floors and pine stair case greet you and make you feel right at home in the big woods. In addition, the open concept kitchen-living-dining area keeps everyone together but with enough room to spread out. The living room has a memory foam queen sleeper sofa and a twin size sleeper loveseat. The TV is ready with a DVD player and Starlink internet for streaming. We also have a record player so that you can teach the kids the best way to listen to music... vinyl. The Big Woods Cabin kitchen is loaded with cookware and everything you need to prepare and serve a full meal or to just whip up something quick. Our household is split on coffee- so we offer both from the pot and a Keurig. brbrIn addition, downstairs you will find a bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, and a washer and dryer (we have the detergent). brbrUpstairs the kids and adults will love the loft with two- twin over full bunk beds. The loft overlooks the living room downstairs. The master suite is also upstairs and includes a king size bed and a private balcony. The bathroom has a stand up shower, toilet room and double sink. brbrOutside:brOur home has full access to the tribute falls pavilion located only 50 yards away. The pavilion is a rustic lodge equipped with a large inside table, community refrigerator and bathroom. Please remember that the pool and pool house are only open during the summer months. brbrGo Jump in the Lake!! Big M Marina approximately 1/8 of a mile away. Water sporting rentals are available at the marina as well as nightly slip rental. At Big M Marina you can dine at the 'Dock-n-Eat', one of table rock lake's floating restaurants. There is also a convenience store at the marina along with the Bear's Den Ice Cream Parlor. Marina and restaurant is only open during the summer season. brbrNearby:brThere is a Dollar General, local grocery store, pizza hut, and other small town amenities at nearby Shell Knob, a 15 to 20 minute drive. The closest Walmart is an 18 mile, 30 minute drive away at Cassville. Cassville also offers restaurants and a small hospital with 24 hour ER services. brbrLooking for a day of fun outside the house ask us about nearby Branson, MO (we love the Dixie Stampede and Silver Dollar City), Eureka Springs, AR (quaint town full of artists and history) or Northwest AR (Woo Pig Sooie, the free Crystal Bridges Art Museum and home of many well known entrepreneurs). brbrFor the Kids: brWe have traveled with kids for seven years now and know the difference a truly family friendly environment makes for everyone. Our house is ready for the youngest of guest with a pack-in-play, high chair, and baby gate for the stairs. We have a step stool in the bathroom and nightlights ready to go. There will be a small assortment of toys, board games, DVDs and books. Our street is paved and dead ends- which limits traffic. We are happy to share a few pool toys and beach towels, but keep in mind that there is no guarantee of exactly what will be in the deck box. This cozy cabin, approximately 800 sq. ft. has wood interior throughout. All updates including the windows are centered around the lake view from the home and from the deck. Two bedroom and 1 bath. Large outside shower with its own hot water source, great for just coming off the water to clean up, to enjoy the roominess of an outside shower, and to free up the inside bathroom. Very comfortable for 4 people with the two queen beds, a queen foldout couch in living room sleeps 2 more for a maximum of 6 guests. Walls are insulated inside and out for a peaceful retreat. Cabin is fully furnished with bedding, towels, cookware, plates, silverware, etc. and a I propane grill on the 12' X 32' deck for awesome outdoor cooking and dining while enjoying the view. Cabin is easily accessible with all paved roads and is located approximately 15 minutes from Roaring River State Trout Fishing Park, less than 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, just around the bend from Big M Marina (less than 1 mile by boat or land), approximately 10 miles or 15 minutes by land from Eagle Rock Marina (3 miles by water). Big M is a full service Marina including boat rental and slips and don't forget the Dock N Eat on-the-water café (can be accessed by water or land). Come to our cozy cabin on the lake and enjoy all the lake activities and more with all the beautiful surroundings. This is a non-smoking and no pet cabin for the comfort of our guests with a allergies. It's a short walk down the road from the cabin to the lake for a quick dip (by the boat docks, which are private-no trespassing); there is also another swim area. There is a boat ramp and a swimming area in the Big M recreation area, which is a Corp of Engineers park so there is a fee. Boat parking is available on property outside power to recharge boat batteries.
