The stairway is a somewhat steep spiral staircase (pictured) - please use caution and watch the little ones! brbrBrand new in-unit laundry makes it super convenient to do your laundry as needed (starter supply of laundry detergent provided).brbrFlat-screen Roku TV's in both living rooms and both bedrooms for all your streaming needs. Parking is limited and you can expect to do a little walking to get to your home.brbrYou can get to several places on Indian Point by foot. The Marina is a few minute walk, Liza Jane's restaurant is a couple minute walk, and The Cottage Market is 2 mins away by foot for convenient snacks and necessities. Silver Dollar City is an easy 5-minute drive, and you can avoid the Branson traffic!brbrAccessibility:brPlease note that Timber Point is situated on a somewhat primitive lot. Our parking lot is NOT paved, nor are the walkways up to each home. Guests can expect to walk through crushed rock walkways to get to the units. Also, some walking and steps down wooden stairs are required to get to each unit (just a few steps).brbrPARKING:brPlease also note that parking is very limited and tight. Like many locations on Indian Point, space here is at a premium. We've done the best we can with the space we've got, but PLEASE help everyone out by limiting the number of vehicles your group brings to 2 vehicles per home.

Perfectly located for both Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake access, while still being able to hop over to Branson for some fun and shows!brbrTHE SPACE (Cabin #20)brbrStep inside and enjoy your super cute and newly renovated cabin! Tribesman #20 is one of our four 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom cabins. For previous guests, this was Timber Cove 30. These 4 cabins/cottages are all situated near each other in a row. Patios and common spaces are somewhat close to other units, which means you will likely spend outdoor time around other guests and families. This unit (#20) is also the closest to the large outdoor patio/seating area and the community fire pit. You'll also be closest to the Meeting Room.brbrYou'll love the seclusion of the decks and patios which overlook the green space and trees. You will be approximately 500 feet (2-3 minute walk) to the water and Dock 1. The walk to the water is down a gently sloping gravel road (or through the grass if you choose to go that way).brbrTribesman #20 is great for medium-sized groups who want space to be able to spread out. With 2 living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) you can have the kids separated and playing while the adults can visit! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a living room downstairs, one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, then upstairs another living area, one bedroom and the 2nd full bathroom.brbrPlease note: The stairs leading upstairs are a spiral metal staircase that can be fairly steep, especially for the littles. There are no TV's in either bedroom.brbrPlease review the listed kitchen amenities to see if the kitchen items and cookware you need are provided. If something is not specifically listed, then we most likely do not have it and you can feel free to bring your own. PLEASE PLAN TO BRING your own spices, salt, pepper, oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. as we do not routinely stock these items. brbrWe provide a STARTER supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. If your stay is longer than a few days, please plan to make a run to the store for additional supplies (a handy convenience store is just around the corner). Also, we provide enough towels for the size of your group. Since we are not a hotel with permanent housekeeping and laundry staff on site, we are unable to provide replacement linens or towels during your stay.
