But the best part of Mini Pearl The sprawling, lakefront decks (two of them!) with outdoor dining and living areas, and of course, a hot tub for soaking while you enjoy the view.

Whether bonding over board games, whipping up a family feast, or savoring a quiet moment, the open-concept Great Room is a versatile space for guests to be together, or do their own thing.

A second living area/den features a plush sectional sofa that is divine for a nap, a movie night, or a group chat that’s not on iMessage for a change!

Prefer to relax in the lake breezes No problem. There’s a dining and living area out on the sprawling deck that are as comfy as their indoor versions.

If pet allergies are a concern, Mini Pearl is the home for you. The homeowner is highly allergic, so Blue Pearl maintains a strict no pet policy. (If you are looking to bring a pet with you, Branson Family Retreats has many pet-friendly homes to choose from.)

SWIMMING POOL, PATH TO LAKE

The Briarwood neighborhood has an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Taneycomo! Also a covered pavilion area with picnic tables, bring your cooler with you!

The path to the lake is by the pool. You can fish at the lakeshore in the neighborhood, and we suggest going over to Scotty's Trout Dock a few minutes away to get your fishing license and fish from the dock there.

This is NOT a pet friendly home, please see our other homes if you would like to bring your pet.

Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
