Being only about 1 mile away from the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 14 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 1 step to get in the house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds and alarm clocks. We also have a fan, pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. The bathroom has a full walk in shower. brbrThe kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.brbrThere is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use.
