Stayed Jan 14, 2026We ended up staying at this rental for more than a month. It soon felt more like home than a rental. It was very comfortable and homey, and provided all we needed. We put the kitchen to the test as we home cook as much as possible, and it was well equipped. The host was very helpful and encouraged us to use the tree and decorations stored there, which helped turn what could have been a lonely Christmas away from home, into a special time to remember. We’ve been out to Rochester, MN for several stays. This is our best experience thus far. We hope it is available for our future needs.

Stayed May 28, 2025The property is located in a charming historic neighborhood, conveniently close to my nephew’s graduation venue, my brother’s home, and a variety of local restaurants. The house itself was beautifully furnished with antiques and surrounded by well-maintained landscaping. The comfortable furniture was especially suitable for my elderly parents, making it feel like home. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed May 19, 2025In town to donate a kidney, had to stay nearby since we live so far away. The house was cute, very comfortable, the only thing was the house did have a thrift store like smell to it ( im sure from just being closed up)House was clean, everything we needed was there, and it was a much better choice than a hotel. Price was pretty good as well. Very easy to get to Mayo, quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Jan 6, 2025Jane is a stellar and welcoming host and has the home equipped with all the things you could ever need. My husband had heart surgery at Mayo and the home is just a few short blocks to St. Mary's. He was very comfortable recovering in Jane's home and we actually found it difficult to leave such a warm home and amazing community.

Stayed May 28, 2024This was a very nice spot to stay for a little over a week in Rochester. I was recovering from a surgery and my mother and husband were with me. It is a quiet neighborhood, nice for taking walks. Also lovely back deck for reading, relaxing and meals. Kitchen is well equipped. I appreciated bedroom and bathroom on first floor and also the multiple recliners. Also quick access to downtown (car or on foot) and Mayo Clinic. Nice location and very comfortable home to call a second home.
