During the day, we enjoy watching the golfers at the Bass River Golf Course across the street from our front porch and out our front windows. The sunrises over the golf course are gorgeous! In the opposite direction, at the end of our street, is the Blue Rocks Golf Course. Both courses are within walking distance. Not a golfer, not a problem! We chose the Yarmouth area as there is so much to do close to our home. Yarmouth has 10+ beaches nearby. There are three large grocery stores, many different types of shopping and dining opportunities, activities for children and young at heart like miniature golf and a water park, and recreational areas like Flax Pond with playgrounds, trails, and Pickleball. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for cycling and walking has multiple entry points nearby, including a bike rental shop by the entrance on Station Street.
