Just 30 steps to the beach and 42 steps to Commercial Street (we counted them!). It’s our dream come true off-season or in-season. Yeah, it’s small but it has everything you need for simple, efficient living. brbrThe home contains a new kitchen fitted with granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances including an oven, gas stove, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, cutting boards, dishes, pots, pans and all necessary glassware.brbrThere’s a very comfortable queen size murphy bed that pulls down for sleeping and goes back up when you’re ready to start the day. Seriously… so comfortable you might not want to get up!brbrThrough the sliding glass door there’s an exclusive deck that faces a garden for outdoor relaxation. Use the Weber gas grill to create a memorable Provincetown meal. And then eat in, on the deck, or take your meal out to the private beach.brbrThe bathroom has plenty of space to get ready for tea dance, a wonderful dinner out, a show, or just plain people watching! The unit is bright, centrally located, quiet, and offers stunning views of Provincetown Harbor, Long Point, and beyond. Perfectly located in the West End, you'll find yourself close to incredible restaurants, the beach, nightlife, cafes, and activities. No parking. Two full baths. Queen beds. In unit laundry. No onsite parking. No grills allowed by the condo association. I give my guests space but am generally available by phone/text when needed. The condo is central to restaurants and other dining, the beach, shops, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. It's a great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The condo is sunny and is situated directly on the beach. It has an incredible private deck with a stunning view. It's a great place to relax. If you want activity, step through the wooden privacy gate and you'll find yourself in the center of town where you can find whatever you want. We are immediately adjacent to Kohi Coffee, Cafe Heaven, & Spiritus Pizza for reference. The condo is about a 10 minute walk from the Boston Fast Ferry. If you drive, there is no parking on-site. However, private parking (for a fee) is available nearby. Almost all of what Provincetown has to offer is within walking distance - this is a very walkable town. Many people rent bikes to explore the National Seashore nature trails and farther away beaches. There are many bike rental shops nearby. Check in: after 3 PM Check out: 10 AM sharp unless otherwise arranged There is no parking at the building. You can park on side streets for free or you can park at MacMillan Pier in the center of town or in the lot beside CVS for a fee. Also, per the condo association, no grills of any kind are allowed unfortunately.

Drive or cycle into town - it is 2 miles to Macmillan pier or jump on the bus which runs in and out on the half hour for $2 . Park with ease right outside the cottage.
