HISTORIC 3 BED 4 BATH WEST END HOME, PETS, PARKING, LG YARD, WATER VIEWS

Our extended family group had a great time at this property, which was even better than described. We have been visiting Provincetown for many years and have stayed in lots of different houses. This one stands out in terms of how conducive it was to the whole group and all of our activities - it has a spacious and comfortable layout that allows for together time as well as privacy for all when needed. It is abundantly equipped for lots of needs, including ample kitchen supplies, washer/dryers, beach gear, outside shower, various outdoor spaces, etc. The property is very well maintained, landscaped, cleaned. Communication was great and instructions were thorough.

We had a delightful stay at this wonderful property - everything about it was perfect. Lovely design, clean, quiet, well-located, well-equipped, ample parking (a rarity in ptown), lots of room to spread out, huge dining table, multiple cozy outdoor spaces, great wifi, excellent communication from the host.

Beautiful property! Very well appointed...high end everything. All is done in a very tasteful manner...from the garden plantings, to the beautiful artwork in the home. Excellent location...quiet yet short walk to all the activity on Commercial St. Excellent communication with both the owner and the management company...both bent over backwards to accommodate anything we needed. Would unequivocally recommend this property! If we make it to Ptown next year, definitely plan to look up 36 West!

This house is a luxurious dream! Beautifully furnished and stocked home with gorgeous outdoor spaces! Our group loved the open floor plan kitchen and living room and all the spacious bedrooms and masterfully renovated bathrooms! Our host, David, was super helpful, quick to respond and very accommodating. Our group comes to PTown every year for a weekend event and this was our most favorite place to stay yet! 5 stars

This property is by far the nicest I have ever rented. Everything about it is 5 star - it's West End location is charming, quiet and beautiful, right across from the bay. It's an easy walk into town or a quick bike ride to the beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It feels like a home, not an impersonal rental. With four bedrooms and four baths it was ideal for our group of 7 people. And, there are two kitchens, three refrigerators, and three washers and dryers! The main eat it kitchen is stocked with every conceivable thing you could need. There is also a lovely outdoor eating area, a large upstairs deck with bay views and a lovely front porch where you can relax and read, or have a cocktail and watch the world go by in the lovely landscaped front yard. The owners, David and Louis, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, checking in to make sure everything was in order. There is really nothing they haven't thought of. This was the second time we rented there and have already booked it again for next year. We go twice a year, and will make this our Provincetown home.

This home is the equivalent of a stay at a Mandarin or a St. Regis hotel, except it is nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in the best part of Ptown. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, and recent upgrades have made it even more comfortable and convenient. Literally everything you need or could want is right there for you...the hosts clearly set up every detail for the comfort and convenience of their guests. The very best part of the home are the outdoor spaces. The gardens are huge and welcoming and luxurious...birds visit the birdbath all day, the fountain burbles musically, and if you're lucky the resident bunny will make an appearance. This is absolutely the perfect home for a group of friends, offering plenty of elbow room for everyone and separate spaces for privacy. This very special property and the thoughtfulness of the hosts made this a restful, restorative experience. I was very fortunate to spend time here.

I stayed in this house with a group of friends and we all agree — this house is perfect. David the owner and the property management company were both very proactive and responsive with communication. The house is incredibly large and well acquainted, and each of the rooms were quite spacious. There is also plenty of outdoor space both in the backyard as well as on the 2nd floor. The kitchens (of which there are two) are well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We also loved the additional amenities — including the 4 kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, soaps in every bathroom, etc. I would highly recommend this house without reservation.

I was the hero of our six person group for booking this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations, and I travel with some demanding peeps. ;) The house is absolutely lovely, and super well appointed. So many quiet, cozy areas to snuggle up and read a book; numerous places for us to hang as a group; and the bedrooms are spaced well through the home for perfect privacy.The second floor deck, the back patio, and the front patio were all lovely for hang outs, depending on the time of day. The grounds are absolutely stunning. We were in paradise. David and his team made check in and check out easy, and were highly responsive during our stay. David checked in at all the right moments to ensure we had what we needed. He's as lovely as the home is. This quiet end of Commercial was perfectly located for our pup, across from the dog beach, perfect for early morning low tide romps. Relish down the street is great for coffee, scones, and sandwiches. And if you crave the hub bub you're a 5-10 minute walk away. Can't wait to return to our new home away from home. We already miss it!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Ptown - house is phenomenal and even better than expected, and David and Louis were phenomenal hosts and very easy to communicate with. We will be visiting again :)

The property was absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much care and thoughtfulness went into making the home what it is today. The first floor is so well appointed - the kitchen and living areas flow together perfectly. The front porch was ideal for sitting outside and people watching while still having a ton of privacy, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which is actually a suite / apartment with its own kitchen and living room, and a private deck that gets sun all afternoon. It’s perfect for lounging around and was one of my favorite spots to relax! The location is amazing as well. A short walk to the center of town, but also a very quick walk to one of my favorite restaurants, The Red Inn, as well as a quick walk to the Ptown causeway / jetty. This home is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in while in town, and would jump at the opportunity to stay there again!
