Ideal 2BR Condo – Steps to Beach & Downtown, Waterfront Deck, Parking Included

We had a fantastic time in Provincetown. The location and the host were excellent. Host was very fast at responding back.

Great stay for 3 nights. The property was super clean and easily accessible. Great location close to restaurants and shops. While we couldn’t see the beach from the actual condo the shared deck was super convenient and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with access to the beach and all the town has to offer. Parking was too tight for our SUV but were able to unload and move to a nearby lot.

The location was perfect! And the apartment was lovely, just what we needed.

Location was great, rooms were spacious, kitchen and bathroom were fine. Decor and furnishings were VERY sub-par. AC units really, really, really need to be updated. Can't have a conversation if the any of the AC's are running because they are so loud. The unit in the king bedroom was inefficient so it had to be running all the time which made sleeping difficult due to noise and temperature.

Great spot to stay in Provincetown, everything is walkable. The property is well maintained and the large, shared deck right on the beach was my happy spot for morning tea and an evening glass of wine. The condo was clean and just right for the four of us. Keep in mind that you get what you've rented, don't expect any extras. Could have used extra bath towels, a hand towel for the bathroom, extra blankets and a dish mat for the kitchen drying rack. Yes, I would stay here again...but I would bring towels.

This is a spotless, sparkling, clean, incredibly well equipped two bedroom condo in a building that is on the water and located close to the very center of town. Very tastefully decorated but also there has been attention to many small but ever sonuseful details, like extra plugs, towel bars, etc.

Lovely apartment on the East end of town. Walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Lovely coastal decor and thoughtfully appointed. I’m already planning my return in the autumn. Highly recommended.

Wonderful condo, spectacular location! Very comfortable for two people. The king mattress is awesome! Cannot beat Provincetown for Halloween weekend!

We absolutely loved our unit. We love the location and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable.

You really can’t beat the location of this little place. Awesome beach access, close to town and next door to coffee! The condo was cute, clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and well sized. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and had no problems. We also loved having a grill available. I’d definitely recommend and would stay again!

A clean and modern property in a Prime PTown location with access to a common deck and beach with tremendous views. A nice combination of owners and renters onsite, all friendly and helpful. Parking is tight as advertised, so large SUVs will not work. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved our visit to this adorable two bedroom condo. The condo is simple but has everything you need. You cannot beat the view of the harbor from the shared deck out back. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck with our friends. The east end location couldn’t be more perfect. A close walk to everything but still very quiet. Marea is a wonderful Host. I highly recommend this condo!!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Bull Ring. The condo is comfy and immaculate. And the deck — as well as the location — make it especially worthwhile.

Has a blast at Marea’s condo. Location was perfect. We enjoyed days at the bay and nights on Commerical St or at the waterfront patio. Great communication from owner. Highly recommend.
