Modern Luxury In Provincetown With Amenities Galor ~ Hot Tub!

Great house with large rooms and beach proximity. Easily spent tons of time with the dog at the breakwater. Excellent house to work from which was important to us.Great vibes from all the neighbors. We'd def stay again!

We had a great week in Ptown. The house is fully equipped, and Jay is a wonderful host. It's comfortably spacious, with a perfect layout that allows everyone to gather for a drink, meal, or game night—while still offering privacy and personal space when needed. There’s plenty of natural light throughout the house thanks to the many windows. The bedrooms are all large and feature en suite bathrooms. There are several decks and a great back patio for outdoor space. This has been my family’s favorite vacation rental so far, and we’re already planning a return trip for next year! (And most importantly, our dog was very happy and comfortable here too.)

We had a fantastic year once again. We love this property. It is in excellent conditions and the privacy is unparalleled. Our just was outstanding. We will definitely return next year!

We had an amazing visit in Provincetown. This home is perfect for small groups of adults. It’s well furnished and appointed and the host is very friendly and attentive. Our group was 5 older adults and we could the layout perfect as we were able to gather together or in smaller groups as needed. The bedrooms are all en-suite and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We spent a beautiful week in this house and it was pretty much exactly what we had hoped. The house is modern and clean. Plenty of space for 3 bedrooms. Lacked only a common area deck for socializing but each bedroom does have outdoor space. Location is the best thing about this house. It is in the quiet west end of PTown, a very pleasant walk to town and about a mile from Herring Cove beach. Easy to bike anywhere in the area but mostly we walked. Only used the car to transport the dog to the beach. Jay was an excellent host. Would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the second at this property. Everything was as expected.

Great space for a group of 6 - very spacious! Appreciated the location being close to the beach and PTown Inn. Was a great little escape ◡̈ Our host was communicative and accommodating - just as you would expect! Would stay here again.

Just an ideal property for a PTown getaway! The home is spacious and luxurious, with everything you could need to enjoy your time as a group in wonderfully appointed and generous common spaces but also simply dreamy private bedrooms (and bathrooms - not a bad shower in the house... sigh) A perfect setting for making great memories! Thanks for the opportunity to make this our home base on a wonderful vacation!

The house was spacious. There were 4 full bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our family. The location was quiet but close enough to walk into all the activity of Provincetown. It was also close to Herring Cove and Race Point beaches and very easy to get to from rte 6. We did a lot of cooking and there was everything we needed. Jay, the owner, was very responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely come back!
