Center of Provincetown convenient and spacious

This was a great little spot in P town! Very clean, perfectly located. Grateful for the chance to explore p town in a central location!

The location was ideal. We could walk to every place of interest in Provincetown. The space was ideal for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked.

We loved our recent 7night stay at this beautiful condo. Location can't be beat especially in the winter time. So many restaurants in walking distance. We loved how equipped the kitchen was, the beautiful bathroom shower and comfy king bed! We found this condo to be very spacious for Ptown! It was also very clean . We will be back with our pups!

Such a great stay in the heart of every Ptown has to offer. This is the second time we have stayed here and will most certainly be back.

Location location location! Right in the heart of P-Town. Everything in the VRBO was neat and clean! Host was responsive and polite. Will definitely be booking this again in the future.

We loved this place. It was pleasantly peaceful. One of us was able to work part of each day at the kitchen counter. There were many close by options to walk our dog. Excellent food options all in close proximity. We cooked in a few nights and were grateful for the kitchen amenities. Most of all, we loved the shower!

Poor quality and number of towels and soap. Not very clean...cobwebs on chandelier and burned out bulbs. Shower very difficult to work and no instructions. No railing on entry steps...fall hazard. Would not recommend or return.

Big rooms & a spacious unit. Close to everything. No off street parking.

It was absolutely the perfect spot right in the heart of town. This was a birthday trip for my husband and it was just amazing! The cottage was so quant and charming. No one ever want to leave vacation but this time was the most difficult. We could see ourselves living here forever it was that perfect!

Great location! Loved the rain shower in the bathroom! However, I couldn't figure out the tv. I would definitely come back!

Great location, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of everything.

We had a great time in PTown and the rental place and location enhanced our experience. The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. Although located on Commercial St., the place was quiet and the alley leading to the apartment gave us easy access to unload the car and our dogs. Great place and definitely will choose it again.

Place was cute. Great location. Steps away from Commercial st. We tried to use the grill but couldn’t get it to turn on. We also could not find the blender. This charming little place added to our great stay. We would love to stay again!!! Meatball loved the blue chair.

We're very impressed with this property! Nestled in the center of Commercial St, you're in the middle of everything that's happening. The description does specify that things get noisy around the property, and while that is true, we loved being able to hear the partying around us. Everything you need is at most a 5 minute walk away, and there's plenty of bike options around town to go further. The space was incredibly clean and tidy and the owners made it easy to check in and out. The property came with clean towels, cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, and clean linens. There's so much character around this spot, it's truly a gem. We're definitely going to be coming back!

It’s clean and very nice looking. Easy to find and check in. We did so many outdoor activities while down here. Would definitely stay here again.

Was perfect for a little getaway . Conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Walk to shops , restaurants, the beach, whale watching etc. Just enough space for 2 people . Maybe next time we can stay longer.

We had a great week staying at this location. Check in was easy and everything was as listed. Location was perfect, very easy to get to and from the ferry and see the local sites of Commercial street. Accommodations, especially bed and shower were great.

Great location and close to everything.

Very disappointing! We rented this unit based on the pictures and reviews. The pictures show the unit as bright and airy , but it is, in fact very dark and dank with little to no sunlight. this is because the unit is in an ally with the bottom window panes covered with an opaque film to provide privacy. In addition, the unit was surface cleaned; it is badly in need of a deep clean. The worst part is that the unit is damp and smells very musty. The AC does not remove the moisture from the air so that everything- furniture, bedding, floors, cabinets and even your clothes were constantly damp-hence the smell. The property manager was responsive to our AC complaint and cleaned the AC filters the next day but that wasn't the problem with it and did not help the AC problem. In addition, since we were only left with 1 towel set each, he provided us with an additional set from his home. We left halfway through our vacation because it felt unhealthy to even be there. We notified the property manager of our departure and a few days later got an email from the owner who offered us $500 in exchange for not writing a review. This obviously explains why there is only 1 bad review for this sub-par unit. Instead, the owner should use the money to pay for a deep clean and repair of the air conditioners.
