Perfect for our multi-generational family visit for family week. Clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, nice to have various gathering spaces inside and outside and the best most central location just off of Commercial Street near the pier. And surprisingly quiet for being on the same block as A-House. Highly recommend!

The Adam Macool house exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was something special. Every amenity you could possibly want was thoughtfully provided — and then some. The space is extremely tastefully decorated, striking the perfect balance between style and comfort.Bernard was an absolute pleasure to work with — responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location couldn't be more ideal — truly central to everything Provincetown has to offer. Whether it was restaurants, bars, shopping, or beach walks, everything was just steps away. And the view of the monument from the house? Stunning! This home made our trip unforgettable, and we’re already planning our next stay. Highly recommend!

To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. It was truly located wonderfully in the middle of town, access to everything, but tucked on a side street. The house is historic in nature, but with all the modern amenities one needs. We just loved the decor and the layout was ideal for a large group (we rented out the whole house). Bernard was extremely friendly and so helpful! House was clean and even ready early. 5 stars across the board and hoping to return again!

Location, Location, Location! Bernard's home in the heart of Ptown was superb. It made our stay so easy. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect. Even if we'd had a few more, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy each other's company but not be on top of each other. The house is charming with 5 comfy beds and so quiet despite the central location. Bernard was a great host. He was immediately responsive to any question we had. We'd highly recommend staying here.

The McCool house was the perfect place for 9 friends to spend a week in P Town. The house has so many highlights including being right in the center of town. Just a short walk in any direction for food, drinks or shopping. The outdoor dining allowed us to congregate in the mornings for coffee and for meals when we didn’t eat out. We even had room to store all our bikes in the yard which we used regularly. We had an excellent week!

This property is so much nicer than a rental needs to be. A wonderful old home, full of charm, but all the modern amenities have been provided. The way a bathroom with shower and separate tub were fitted under the roof of the third story bedroom is clever, and I loved it, but a taller person (6 ft +) might be a little uncomfortable and the stairs are not for anyone with physical limitations. All the other areas had no issues. Two living areas, a covered porch with a large deck on top with ample furniture for seating were enjoyed. The location could hardly be closer to the bustle of Commercial Street, perfect for us, but at times, some noise. So if you are going to let that bother you, it should be considered. And the host, Bernard, couldn’t be nicer. If he’s in town, he’s probably staying in a separate property on site so he’s there for any issues if needed. But he’s not intrusive at all, really a plus to chat with him about the property and the town. He’s also very responsive via text or messaging thru the app.

The house is beautiful and very charming. It’s very well kept and a lot of historical pieces are within the decor. The lighting is a bit lacking on the 3rd floor and in the kitchen but nothing you can’t work with. Bring an iron - one is not provided. I will definitely stay there again.
