There are also three ceiling fans throughout the home.brbrThis 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home in a very convenient East Harwich location near the Wequassett Resort and the Chatham line. The bedrooms features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a room with 2 full beds, a bunk bed room with trundle, and a queen sized sofa. On the 2nd floor there is a large dining room, living room with 65” TV and a sun-room with large bay windows overlooking the in-ground pool. On the bottom floor there is a private den with another flatscreen TV and laundry area. Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned will shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub. Furthermore, agreement is made that no oils, lipstick, or makeup, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. Our hot tub is inspected, chemicals adjusted after each renter has checked out, and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing. Please do not use the hot tub coming from the beach until you showered and removed any suntan lotion and changed your bathing suit. Bathing suits can and will collect sand and sand will get into the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the hot tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00 Damage to the cover will result in a $400 charge. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Renter agrees that there will be no children that are in diapers or potty training in the hot tub. No horseplay in the hot tub, as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Primary bedroom also has sliding door out to the large deck, fenced in backyard, pool and outdoor shower. Loft space offers two twin beds as well as additional living area. brbrLocated in a quiet neighborhood; a two minute walk will get you into the Punkhorn conservation lands with miles of hiking and biking trails. The house has deeded rights to Robbins Pond which is a short walk up the road. Here you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing and even a quick swim if you wish.
