This beautiful home is truly meant to be your Cape Cod sanctuary. The pool, the hottub, and walking distance to the beach make this a true Gem!



The Space:

Everything you need for your family to enjoy this Cape Cod Gem.



Recently updated kitchen, 8 seats at the dining table and 4 at the counter for enjoying home cooked meals.



TV with cable and wifi throughout the property included.



Outdoor: In ground pool (seasonal), hot tub (open year round), swing set for the kids, BBQ, and outdoor shower.



Parking: Parking for up to 6 cars!



3 full bathrooms, 2 full on the main level and 1 on the lower level.



For help with sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Main level with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, this bedroom is pool side.

Bedroom 2: 2 full size beds

Bedroom 3: on lower level and has one full size bed

Bedroom 4: on lower level and has 2 full size beds

Sleeping space: bunk w full on bottom and twin on top. This area has a partition to separate the space

Main level living room has one pull out couch



5 mini split ac units:

One in each of the top floor bedrooms, one in the main living room on the first floor, and one in the lower level that helps keep the 2+ bedrooms downstairs cool!



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Guest Access:

Fully furnished and ready for you, including high quality linens and towels.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to Jackknife Harbor Beach.



Jackknife Harbor Beach is shared between North Chatham and Harwich. The beach has a sheltered cove for children, and the water is shallow and warm. There are also great views across Pleasant Bay! There are no lifeguards on duty and no restrooms. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 6pm



Other Things to Note:

All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.



EXTRA GUEST FEE: We can sleep up to 18 guests. We charge $25 per GUEST per NIGHT for each guest after 16. We will send you a special offer for this new amount.



PET FEE: $50 additional cleaning fee for each pet due at time of booking, up to 2 dogs. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Sorry no puppies! Dogs are not allowed in the pool or within 10 feet of the edge!



POOL: You must sign the pool waiver form in order for us to provide keys to the pool area. If your reservation is not in the peak summer we make no assumptions that the pool will be open during your stay. Please ask us before reserving to clarify this.



Hot-tub: You must agree to the hot tub disclosure after booking for us to have it ready for you.



The house appears to be completely isolated but actually directly abuts some elderly neighbors, specially the pool is by their back porch. In respect to our neighbors: No parties, partying, or general rowdiness. Music played outside cannot be above conversation level and must be turned off by 8PM. No large speakers or DJs of any kind allowed. Pool/hot tub closes at dark. Quiet hours begin at 9PM and nobody should be on exterior spaces including the outdoor dining area past 9PM.



RENTAL AGREEMENT: We will send you a rental agreement within 6 hours of booking. This is due within 24 hours or we have the right to cancel this booking with a 15% cancellation fee!



Part of the agreement:

In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:

-No additional guests without host approval

-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund. We have noise monitoring device that registers decibel levels. It will alert us if you are too loud. It does NOT record sound.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside, within 50ft of the outside or near window.

-Pets allowed with approval before arrival and subject to a pet fee of $50 per dog, up to two dogs allowed.

-No sublet and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.

-The Pool Area and the Property have outside security cameras, which are only used to view the Pool

Area and outside of the Property; such security cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may

have such features activated during the Term. Occupant shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the

security cameras.

-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages



The cleaning fee is to help the cost in cleaning the house for your arrival. At the end of your stay, all beds must be stripped of their linens and towels placed in one neat pile in the laundry area, all trash put into closed sealed trash bags and left in the garbage bins, and all dishes must be washed. Additionally, all furniture needs to be returned to where it was found. We will charge an additional fee, if the house is found to be left dirty, furniture is not in the same place as when you arrived and if there is excessive trash.



If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.



No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
