There are 2 full bathrooms, a first floor half bath, as well as an outdoor shower. The eat in kitchen is well equipped. The dining room easily seats 10. The property is located on a quiet lane with direct access to the Shining Sea Bike Path. Chappy Beach is an easy bike ride (.8) from the property. The Chappy Grill, The West Falmouth Market, Eulinda's and The Village Cafe are a quick walk away. I welcome shorter stays in the shoulder season, but require a 7 day minimum from July 1 to Labor Day.
