Stayed Aug 24, 2025Beautiful home with pond views/access and easy commute to restaurants, beaches, shopping and all other amenities. Location is on a busy road which led to some additional noise and difficulty navigating the driveways but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Guest instructions including use of the fireplace, garbage pick-up and the checkout process could be expanded upon but overall a great property that we'd recommend to future guests!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Beautiful and comfortable home with a lot of amenities (kayaks!).Will was very responsive to any questions we had. There is some mild noise from the road for the bedrooms in the front of the house, so if you are a light sleeper, I suggest using some white noise or ear plugs.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We lived the home, the pond, the ease, kayaking in the pond. All wonderful. And it is on a road and you hear cars going by- only negative for us.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Beautiful home with spectacular view of the pond. A few things could be added to make the experience more enjoyable. A Keurig coffee pot, directions for dishwasher, covers for pots and pans couldn’t be found, hand rails for front stairs, as an owner, what were your expectations regarding how to close up the house—strip the beds?, put trash in plastic bins? Written instructions would be very helpful.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had an amazing getaway with our family! Will is an excellent host—responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is immaculate, cozy, and perfectly located. We enjoyed the serene pond views from the deck and living room, and the kids loved kayaking on the water. The location offers great proximity to many attractions.
