Just off the kitchen slider you step onto a charming brick patio area with comfy furniture, gas grill, gas and wood fire pits and large enclosed outdoor shower all amongst a garden setting and private treed yard. There is a storage shed with ramp for storage of bikes, beach chairs etc. and feel free to keep kayaks in the yard .brbrOur home is centrally located in historic East Dennis just up a slight hill from Route 6A and just 1.35 miles to beautiful Cold Storage Beach which is the closest, Sesuit Harbor and Corporation Beach just a few miles from the house .Take a pleasant bike ride to Cold Storage Beach past beautiful historic homes or kayak through the tidal estuaries from the Sesuit Harbor boat launch, bring your boat and launch at Sesuit Harbor or reserve a slip at the marina.
