All Linens and towels Are Included. The house is located on Slough Pond which is a great pond of 10 acres or more. Slough Pond is a freshwater, sand bottom pond that has great fishing, boating, and paddle boarding. The pond access is a short walk to the end of the street. There is a clay tennis court located at the house next door that is available unless in use by the owners. Seamans Lane is a dead end so it does not have a lot of passing traffic. This is a family neighborhood. There is a summer camp located across the pond so you really get a sense of summer when you hear the sounds of the camp. No pets, sorry.
