Stayed Aug 9, 2025We had a wonderful week a lovely home that fit our family just perfectly. The pool in the backyard was a hit for adult kids and grandkids! The kitchen was well stocked and the availability of beach items in the garage was helpful. The host stayed in contact and was very attentive.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Perfect property for our family of 11. Surprisingly roomy and comfortable. Check-in was flawless. You could tell the house has been recently renovated. Indoor and outdoor dining tables were great and easily accommodated all of us. The game room and pool were wonderful add-ons. Host was very quick to respond to questions. A wonderful property for large groups.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025House was a good fit. Cute and comfortable. Outdoor space needed work. Kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Not much within walking distance but lots within easy drive. We had a great time.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool—the water was crystal clear and inviting. Stayed Nov 11, 2024We just loved our stay here! Great location, beautiful home. Especially the kitchen as we stayed in for eating and it has everything we needed and the space for us to prepare some big meals. We like to cook so this was important to us! Lots of room for us as everyone got a good sized bedroom. Nice getaway place. Will return next year!

Stayed Sep 12, 20245 bedrooms were enjoyed by 7 adults in the comfortable, relaxing escape to Cape Cod. We enjoyed the heated pool in September, and nights outside by the gas firepit. Convenient location.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024We love our stay at this property! It’s conveniently located in the center of Brewster abutting Orleans and Chatham. Close to many beaches in these towns. House is very clean and tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is heated which is very nice. Perfect for family vacation. Everything just as advertised. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised: clean and updated with lots of beds. The kids made good use of the heated pool and game room. It’s centrally located to Brewster and Orleans beaches, the rail trail and Nickerson park.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This house was just as advertised and great for three generations of a family (ages 2 - 79). We had enough room to spread out but also great common space for us all to be together. The pool was awesome. Nice quiet street which was good for kids to ride their bikes and adults to walk/jog. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The rooms are much smaller than they appeared in the photos. The kitchen had no cabinets available to store food for the week. We had problems with the bath tub draining and the wood deck was rotting. The owner was very responsive to the problems but they should have been fixed prior to our arrival

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The Property was very comfortable to live and completely as advertised. The Host was responsive and courteous. My family (total of 8) stayed the first week and my college friends (total of 7) stayed the second. Both enjoyed the property tremendously. I would definitely rent there again in the future.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This home was perfect for a girls' weekend! The property had everything we needed, and the host was incredibly communicative from the time we booked. The location was ideal to be able to visit many of the towns both north and south of Brewster. Highly recommend!
