The house has a bright living room with two large sofas, a gorgeous deck off our sitting room three bedrooms upstairs, plus two bathrooms--upstairs and down. The upstairs bathroom has an old-footed tub, extra large and luxurious; downstairs bathroom has the shower. The bedrooms are cool and quiet--AC's in each bedroom give added comfort. Eat-in kitchen is airy and bright with a skylight above the dining area, and equipped with all new cookware, dishwasher and a new fridge! The round table expands to seat 8. Washer/dryer is in the pantry off the kitchen, with a window! A huge back yard and old fashioned Weber awaits for those unforgettable Cape BBQs.brbrThe backyard is spacious, flat, sunny and private. Ringed by shady trees, it's the perfect place for lazy afternoons, cookouts and relaxing. Escape to this quaint garden home in picturesque Brewster. With 2 bedrooms including a cozy queen bed and charming twin beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, WiFi, and AC during your stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and air fryer, as well as a grill and outdoor patio seating. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Guests have access to Pools, Golf Course, and Sports (for an added fee). Host Fee includes cleaning, linens, soap, shampoo, and dish soap. Guest passes are available for purchase through Ocean Edge. We are golf members so our guests are able to book tee times at the OE Golf Course (subject to availability). This condo is located in Eaton Village and is about ½ mile from the Arbor pool (outdoor pool with bar/snack shack) and less than ½ mile to the Fletcher Pool (indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, snack shack). See below for 2025 cost and description of guest passes.brbrAs Golf Club Membership owners our guests are able to book tee times at the Ocean Edge Golf Course. We are able to offer our guests the option to obtain passes to the Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, Mansion Fitness Center and all scheduled activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide, along with use of the Ocean Edge shuttle service. The condo is located in Eaton Village and is less than ½ mile from the Fletcher Pool and Tennis Center which contains both an indoor and outdoor pool along with a separate kiddie pool for small children. The Arbor pool, which is an outdoor pool with a bar and snack shack, is also about ½ mile away.brbrPool passes are purchased directly through Ocean Edge at $27 daily or $80 per week for adults and $14 daily or $40 per week for children (2025 rates- may be changed). The passes DO NOT include access to the private beach. However, there are several local public beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. Tennis courts are also available at Ocean Edge, but there is a fee for court rental. During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly. On the third floor, up the spiral staircase is the upper loft with so much character and two twin beds overlooking the trees - you feel like you are on top of the world.brbrThe house sits within a secluded neighborhood of Brewster with access to a private neighborhood beach and pond, yet just steps away from the bike path so you can be at Linnell Landing Beach by bike within 10 minutes. You can wake up gently with the birds and a coffee on the deck, make pancakes in our well-appointed kitchen, then head out for the morning to the bay beaches, or hop in the car and be at Nauset beach on the ocean side within 15 minutes.
