Stayed Aug 7, 2021The property was fantastic. Except for a leaky A/C unit, this property included anything and everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay in Cape Cod.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Crosby Landing! It was clean, spacious, well equipped with anything you can imagine - from kitchen utensils and spices and books and games to outdoor activities (bikes, kayaks, fire pit, hammock - you name it). Very quiet neighborhood. We walked every day to the beach. Highly recommend the place.

Other than upstairs air conditioning, it is all very good. Beds, linens, furniture, tech, etc. kitchen could use some better appliances, dishes and pots but that’s a detail. Love the location near the bike path and Nickerson.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. Location perfect. Views breathtaking. Accessibility to bike trail, exactly what we expected. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par, but the staff at Sotheby's made every effort to correct it. Very professional, listened to all concerns, reassured me that all matters will be taken care of, and response to inquires where amazingly prompt. Recommendation I would make:plastic tumbler cups for adults and kids to use.hand mixer (none provided)plastic mixing bowls (3 sets)TV IN MASTER BEDROOM A MUST!!!!!
